I thought the contractor was very knowlegable and professional. I might have chosen them if they offered the partial chip option which would have made their quote more comparable to the other company I ended up using.

It went great initially with the meet and greet, pricing and installation. He does the job himself with help from one other guy. He is very thorough and meticulous. Not all things go well but when they do the great companies fix the problem without hassle. The initial flooring got a little discolored from wet tires. They were permanent. He promptly looked into the problem and was told by the chemical company that the low temperature and dew point may have contributed to the problem. so bad timing. It probably would have gone well if we did it a month later when it was warmer. But he came back sanded the top coat off and put a more expensive coat on no questions asked, no hassle, no additional cost to me but probably cost him. Cabinets were great. Definitely consider him for your garage.

They did a great job, their price was right at what they quoted and they cleaned up. It had held up exactly as they said and it looks fantastic. We even had a gas can spill in there and we found it a week later and it didn't leave one mark on the floor. He worked with me a little bit on the price and everything was great.

The job went well. Tom had quoted the cabinet two years ago and honored the pricing from two years ago. The installer came out and installed it quickly. They will install it as many inches off the floor that you want.

The coating peeled within 3 months. He came out and did it again, and it has peeled again. He put it over a dirty floor, didn't diamond grind like he said he would, and didn't do the moisture test. He doesn't know what he's doing.

Great. The final product looks great! 5-yr warranty is longer than most. I do wish the person giving the estimate and/or the guys working on the job would have told me that the cleaning/grinding of the floor would be so messy/dusty. I would have moved a lot more out of our garage to prevent more clean up at the end. But overall, very happy. Anxious to see how it holds up over time. So far so good.

Selection of size of cabinets were narrow. Did not use because of size of drawers were available in one size only, otherwise very price competitive.

Overall experience was very satisfactory. From start to finish, this was one of the fastest projects we have ever hired out. We love how it has helped us organize all of our garage items. Thanks Tom!

TOM WAS GREAT TO WORK WITH. HE DID NOT TRY TO OVERSELL MORE ITEMS THAN I NEEDED AND WAS WILLING TO WORK WITH ME FOR THE BEST CONFIGURATION FOR MY NEEDS. WHEN THERE WAS A MINOR PROBLEM WITH ONE OF THE COUNTERTOPS, HE IMMEDIATELY REPLACED IT. WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE OUTCOME.
