We have been using them for years. We pay $89 every application and that is bi-monthly. We have not seen a bug in a long time. They give us a three hour window. They are very thorough. They ask questions if you are there. They let you know when they are coming out. If for any reason the application did not work or did not work to my expectations, they will come back out for free. We have an annual contract so I have no reason to stop using them.

Gary and his manager immediately came out 2hrs after I called, however, I did not end up buying their services. I was fortunate that I did not have termites but carpenter ants. I was going to do a one time application but the manager had voiced that a one time application really would not get rid of the ants so I opted not to do the one time application. I did not want to buy another service because I did not want to commit to a years worth of service. I thought the other service was a bit costly.

What a great experience! I was having the siding replaced when my contractors found a pest problem. I called the office, and they sent Scott out immediately to inspect before the new siding went up. He sprayed the exposed areas temporarily and scheduled the full application for the next day. Great service!

They have been doing an excellent job the whole time. The come tright out whenever there is a problem.

I have a monthly contract with them. They spray the inside and outside. I have used them for two years. My house has virtually no pests compared to before. I feel their service has been working great. They have never disappointed me. They always come on the day they say they will be there.

The experience has been excellent and incredible. On the rare occasion we have had to call for an occurrence. They were out promptly to retreat and always have been responsive. I feel they really stand behind their work. We are happy with their service.

I would recommend them. The times we've still seen mosquitoes after they've treated the yard, they've come back out at no charge which is nice. The only negative thing I would say, and it's kind of out of their control, is that they can't guarantee when they'll be there each month because it rains. For example, say they come out on the second of every month then it rains for a week so you don't see them for that entire week. It's a pain but they can't really do anything about it.

We had a problem with ants at our house. We contacted them and they came out and signed up for what the technician said would be the best route to go. They also said that we could cancel the one-year contract at any time. They sprayed for ants and we never saw another ant. They did a good job that way. However, they were to come out in December during the winter time and spray for ants again. The only problem with that was that there are no bugs during the winter time, but they wanted us to continue to pay to have the service done and they said that it was part of the thing we had signed up for and they wouldn't let us cancel. We would not use them again in the future.

They come and do the spraying twice a year. They are very professional. They must be doing good work because I don’t have any bugs. They are always on time. They come within the time limit that they give me. The guys are quick and fast. Usually they spray about half an hour on the inside and then they go out and spray the outside. I would continue to use them in the future.

Called and made an appointment. The returned the call immediately and came out the next day. Holes in wood siding - checked for wood bees - did not have any. Thought it might be wood peckers.
