I have had Northside Window Cleaning come out 3 years for interior and exterior window cleaning. The 1st year a large crew came out. This year is was 2 persons and it took almost 6 hours (large house with a lot of windows). They also cleaned a glass-paned chandelier for an extra charge. The cleaners were personable and worth the money paid because windows look worse when I clean them then when I start. Plus the exterior windows require ladders.

Excellent work. Were very prompt. Once they arrived they worked quickly and were cleaned up and gone in no time. No debris left around. Very professional. Would recommend them to anyone.

We have used Northside Window & Gutter Cleaning several times in the past, and we have always been happy with their work. They are conscientious and professional, and they do a wonderful job. This time around we had them 'soft wash' our siding, and Scott educated us on the fact that since soft washing or power washing the outside of your house can leave the glass on your windows spotty, they would be cleaning the outside glass of the windows as well. Everything looks great, and we will definitely be calling them next time we need another service done!

Beware of the bate and switch. They came out and refused to do the windows. Even though someone from the company had already came to the house and seen everything before quoting the work, when the technician arrived they said the windows were dirtier then expected and they would have to requote the work and it would be at least 50% more. He left without leaving a quote. It was quite odd. Its frustrating to take the day off work to get a job done and have nothing get accomplished.

Very professional. Arrived on-time (a few minutes early), all 4 employees dressed in same uniform. Inside workers wore booties on their shoes so not to dirty carpet/floor. I had overlooked a skylight during initial quote, and when I asked if they would clean it inside and out, there was no hesitation and said "sure". Excellent service, best window cleaning experience we have had.

Had to come back because part of roof would not work with leaf guard. Order different kind and installed those later. They were most professional installers I've ever worked with. If they said they would be at our house at 8am they arrived at exactly 8am! Their price for leaf guard was about 900.00 less than other company that gave us a quote. The window washers did a great job too. I would recommend to anyone.

In a word, GREAT!! On time, clean, neat & efficient. Northside did everything they said they would do. As proof, we will use them again and again.

Workers were polite and considerate and worked quickly to set up and get to work They worked very quickly with amazing results. The clean windows made my room interiors look so much better. (They also did the clearstory windows inside and out). Gutters look so much better from the ground level and they also cleaned off the roof. Very satisfied.

It went very well. The crew was very respectful of our home situation and the care of my wife's father. They even worked around several rain bursts, but still got the job done.

A representative came out within a couple of days of my initial phone call and gave me an estimate. I requested that the gutters be checked and cleaned if necessary in addition to cleaning all the windows in the home. A date for the work was scheduled promptly. The crew arrived on time and did a fantastic job of cleaning the windows, inside and out, along with the screens. They checked the gutters and removed a small amount of debris and flushed the downspouts but said the gutters were in pretty good shape. The cost was less than the estimate because minimal work was required for the gutters. The crew worked quickly and left the premises clean. I couldn't have been more satisfied with the work.

After the gutter cleaning we had a large rain storm. I noticed one of the gutters were clogged and I took a picture and mailed to the provider. It was obvious there was a clog somewhere in the system. After the rain storm I noticed there was a significant amount of debris that came out of the gutters- and I thought this to be odd if I had just had the gutters cleaned. I called the office back to let them know of the debris and the concern over the plugged gutter. I was told a crew would come back to my home to re-evaluate the system. Somehow the crew returned- and again found everything to be "working perfectly". I had contacted another company concerning the clogged gutter- and they had disconnected two of my gutters in the rear of my home- so I am a bit puzzled over the fact that everything was working perfectly. Overall I am sure the company is OK- however- I did not like the experience- given I had asked for something VERY specific and I feel like they never answered my questions NOR did a proper cleaning- I also found their price to be expensive given the work done- I didn't mind the cost IF THEY HAD DONE A PROPER INSPECTION. The best way to deal with companies like this is to take business elsewhere- which I will do.

They came out the same day I called to do the quote. It was very reasonable and I booked the cleaning immediately. The day of the work the team (4 individuals) arrived within the agreed upon time frame. They were very polite and professional and wore the "shoe booties" while they were in the home. They did an excellent job and asked if I had any concerns or questions. They also brushed clean all of the screens. I would highly recommend this company - they are very professional - the cleaning staff and the office staff.

my mom used Northside and they did a wonderful job. I was hoping to get away from HD Windows because they are a******* (unprofessional and mean- although they do a good job). We called Northside and set up appointment for an appraisal and found them reasonable... they came out and did our gutters- had to come back a second time because our gutters were so high in the back (walk out basement) but they did come back a day later and finished the job. We then had them come out to clean our windows and they spent over 4 hours (we have big windows) and they did a fantastic job. We are very pleased. I DO recommend Northside Windows and Gutter. Thank you!

Everything was done quickly and perfectly. We have A LOT of windows so the price was right for the work done. Very professional.

The crew arrived on time; cleaned the inside of widows to bonus room and then started to work outside cleaning the gutters and then installing the gutter guards. There were tornado warning sirens going off but that didn't deter them from finishing their work sometimes in the rain. They cleaned up after themselves and left everything in place. Very nice crew, professional and polite. This is the second time we have used them and we will continue to as well as refer them to anyone looking for this work to be done.

Wonderfully! They were very timely, quick, clean (putting on booties in the house), friendly and professional. How nice to have all my Windows sparkling without streaks and all that hassle!
