Their estimate was a little bit cheaper than Fish's. I emailed them pictures. He gave me an estimate possibly just by looking online at the pictures. Sometimes they have to come out, and I told them I would just take pictures with my phone and email it to him and he said fine so I did that. He got me an estimate within 20 minutes. They were cheaper, quicker, and they came out. They completed the job in 2-3 hours. It was a pretty big team. It seemed like they did a good job. I was a little nervous about them coming into the house, but they wore shoe covers and they did not make a mess.

The service was delivered on time as promised. The representatives were very professional, courteous and respectful of our property. We will continue to use them and recommend them highly to others. We thank them for a job well done!

From start to finish, very prompt, returning any and all calls and emails. The workers showed up early and greeted us and explained what they were going to do and who was going to be working where. Even fixed a very minor thing when asked ( a small streak on large picture window above door and would have been hard for them to see because of direct light). They were neat and respectful of home. Very pleased!

My windows look awesome! The guys arrived right on time and were extremely efficient. We have quite a few windows, and they were done in 3 hours. They even cleaned my (dirty!!) windows in the garage and the window in the window well in my basement - I didn't know they could look so clean!! Scott was extremely prompt in getting back to me on my questions and giving me an estimate. We are extremely happy with the job they did.

(NOTE: I would have preferred not to answer the required question above about whether or not I would hire this company again, as I am unsure. As stated at the conclusion of these comments, I would not dissuade others from doing so.) The owner, Scott, sent me an estimate via e-mail. The price was very acceptable to me so I scheduled a cleaning with his company. He gave me a timeframe of between 10 am and noon for their arrival. I waited all morning without a phone call. Minutes before noon I received a call that the cleaners were headed my way and would be at my home in 45 minutes. I would have appreciated more notice of the shift in timeframe and was just glad I had not scheduled any other appointments for later in the afternoon or this would have been unacceptable. When the two workers arrived, neither one apologized or smiled in greeting or spoke any word of acknowledgement about the time issue. When I simply said, ?I thought you were coming between 10 and 12,? the response of one worker was to blame it on the scheduler. Then when he saw I had storm windows and read the amount of my estimate, he said the work could not be done for that price and, when I asked, told me the cost. This was much more than I was prepared to spend. He also said that they rarely do storm windows at all. Actually, I had been referred to this business by a prior company that had come out to my home and told me that they do not do storm windows but that this company does. Only after a phone call to the owner then and there did we negotiate a new price that felt reasonable to me. The owner explained how extensive the job would be if it included storm windows (I don't understand why they didn't know in advance that I had them and inform me of this problem) but I appreciated that he was willing to come down a little on the new price due to the misunderstanding. As for the actual job done, this was of mixed quality. The main task of cleaning the windows was excellent. The windows are clear and shiny. However, the job was done inconsistently in the areas between the screens and sills. One of the workers had informed me that they would be cleaning in the sill area (as I was unsure if that was included). However, he used my vacuum cleaner to do it. What would they have done if I didn't have a suitable vac? Also, I'd been hoping to use it myself that day on my floors. Although the upstairs sills were cleaned nicely, I discovered the next morning that the downstairs ones were still dirty, with a few dead flies, webs, etc. I suppose I should have done a thorough walk-thru and check before they left. Also, I had to clean up afterwards with my vacuum cleaner when I discovered not only dirty sills in several rooms but dirt in my shower stall and floor below the window. Also, I was very distressed to discover that a couple of small areas on the wall of my just freshly painted bathroom were scraped. When this was pointed out to the worker who had been in there, he denied that it could have been his doing. Another problem was with the living room curtain having been removed from its rod and which almost went unnoticed, but I discovered it just before they left and asked one of them to put it back together. I did appreciate one of the workers pointing out a problem with a stuck storm window (after cleaning, it could not be raised back up to lower the screen back down). While I was unhappy about the situation, I am glad he called it to my attention and understand his concern not to force the window so hard that it might break. With all of that said, my experience with the owner himself was nothing but positive. He was very courteous and communicative with phone calls and e-mails in setting up the job, and very responsive on the work day itself when I encountered problems with the workers. He was very apologetic and strove to resolve the situation in a way that would be satisfactory for us. Later in the day, after the workers had completed the job and left, he phoned to check in on how things went and also sent a follow-up e-mail. It is because of this that I would not dissuade anyone from hiring this company as I am confident that Scott will, as he said, learn from our experience to improve his service.

When I called them, they got back to me and gave me a quote the same day--and performed the service the next day! I highly recommend them!

Scott is very personable and did a fantastic job on the windows and screens. He had quoted me a higher price, but I showed him a coupon that one of his Angie's List competitors was offering and he was kind enough to honor it. He took his time and did a superb job meeting my high standards. The reason I gave Scott a C on punctuality is that he was scheduled to arrive, but it seems our appointment never made it to his calendar. I called him and expressed my disappointment, but because Scott so nicely apologized, I decided to give Scott a second chance--everyone deserves the chance to make up for a mistake. I am happy that it worked out as I will now count on Scott each Spring and Fall to clean my windows. What I like is that I don't have to try to remember to call Scott in the Spring or Fall. He will send me a reminder. That is a nice service to offer customers. Great job from a very customer-focused company.

Scott did an outstanding job on our windows. Guests to our house commented on how clean the windows looked as our house came into view. He arrived on the job at the scheduled time, he had all the necessary equipment and immediately walked through the house to discuss each room's windows. Every window was double checked for streaks and he even told me he would come back if I found any streaks later. They did a marvelous job and I am thrilled to have such clean windows.

Scott has a great personality. When he came to give us an estimate he provided us with options and an approximate time it would take to get the job fished. The day he came to do the windows we walked thru the job again, discussing all the windows and skylights that would be difficult to do and how he was going to get them clean. While he was working on the inside he was very unobstrusive and asked me several times to let him know if he had missing any streaks. He did a wonderful job, very thorough, cleaned up after himself and left with our windows looking fabulous. We will hire him again for our next job.

His prices are always very reasonable. He does a great job with any snow removal I need. He helps me with any odd job I need done and I would highly recommend him.

Scott goes above and beyond. He picked up every egg shell piece by piece. He is very detailed and takes pride in his work. He was on vacation and still called me to see what I needed done. Once he got back into town he called me that day. It took him about 4 hours to pressure wash the eggs off my home. He is very kind, caring and easy to talk to.

Scott responded immediately to an email request for a quote and was at our house later that day to give us an estimate. We hired him based on his reasonable price, and the fact that he could do both services - pressure wash the house and clean the exterior windows. He had thought it would only be a 2-3 hour job, but quickly realized our house was not coming clean very quickly and ended up spending over 8 hours on the job. Rather than increasing the price to compensate for the additional time, he honored his original estimated price (we gave him a nice tip!). He even brought wasp killer with him and took the time to get a nest down from the top of our siding that we hadn't even realized was there. Our house looks fantastic, and our windows are spotless. We highly recommend him, and will definitely use him again in the future!
