Northside Window & Gutter Cleaning

Excellent company. Third year I have used them. Professional, Courteous and will Definitely continue to use them. Our Subdivision has been using Northwests services a long time. They are excellent!!

Excellent. I first contacted the company last fall and received a quote. Realizing I was moving this spring I deferred service. When I called they retrieved my quote and we set a date and time for the service to be performed. They were scheduled to begin between noon and 2pm. They were here at 11:50 and ready to go. They introduced themselves and went to work. They did a great job on the windows, inside and out. It was pointed out that two windows in the front had hard water residue buildup from where the sprinkler reached the windows. They did a good job treating these windows. The gutter cleaning was good. They cleaned the gutters and took away the debris, unlike the last company that just had a couple guys walk around the roof and use blowers to clear the gutters, leaving everything from the gutters on the ground and on my deck. Overall, I am satisfied. I feel it was worth the expense since the house will be ready for potential buyers.

I actually called them for three separate jobs. I called several gutter companies, but north side was the only one that got back to me in a reasonable amount of time. Of course gutter cleanings are weather defendant, so they continually let me know the status and when they would come. We have a standard ranch home, one level. The $207 was for cleaning out the gutters and removing rusted old gutter guards. Another $110 was paid for them to clean the stains from the outside of the gutters on a separate trip. Great job.

No work was performed. I will not use this provider now or in the future.

I primarily spoke with Charles during the quoting, scheduling, and billing phases. Communication was excellent. Very pleasant experience all the way around and we definitely plan to have them out for regular cleaning services every year. Would highly recommend.

From beginning to end I was really pleased with the service! Charles set the appointment and made sure all expectations were stated up front; and the communication was clear and timely. He explained that since the windows were new and had glue and construction dust, the original cost would be considerably more than it would be for future window cleaning. Chris and Sam spent the afternoon doing an excellent job on all our exterior windows, and they gladly put up our screens as they went. They were punctual and considerate and completely professional in their approach to the job. I will definitely hire Northside to do our windows in the future, and I will recommend this company to our friends.

I filled out the form on their website to ask for a quote for gutter cleaning, and received an emailed quote about an hour later. I scheduled service for the next day. Since my gutters are 15 years old, and have never NEVER been cleaned, I was expecting that once work was completed I'd be left a laundry list of up-sell items, for example gutter guards, new gutters, repairs, etc. I was extremely pleased to find NONE of that. My service note indicated that all gutters were intact on both floors of the home. I take this as a sign of the integrity of the company and the employees - I had told the person when I scheduled that my gutters were very neglected. It would have been easy for them to attempt to sell me repairs or improvements I didn't need. Due to the number of mature trees in my backyard and near the home, I was definitely expected to be up-sold on the mesh gutter guards. Bravo for a no-pressure no-hassle experience! The work was performed as scheduled, and all the debris (I'm sure there was a lot!) was completely removed from my property. Of course I won't know until the first heavy rain if the two clogged areas I knew about are cleared, but I trust that they are. If not, the company offers a "first rain guarantee" and would come back out to resolve. Will definitely continue to use this company. I've seen other providers advertise promotional rates that are lower, but I will gladly pay a little more for a quality and hassle-free job.

I was pleased with the crew and whole process. Scheduling was quick and easy. Other firms were booking out weeks and Charles at the Northside office worked out a quick response as we had a unique issue that needed a quick fix. I will be using them in the future.

I asked Scott if he could give me an estimate for repairing the gutters as some areas had come loose from the house. He said that would not be a problem and he'd give me a call at work with the estimate. I was still at home when they arrived promptly at 8:00 AM. I showed Scott what needed repairing and he said he'd do it for no charge. Can't beat that. Very pleased with the service.

It took a couple of weeks for them to come out, but I knew this up front as it was Spring busy season(maple tree seedlings had all dropped). Two men came to our home in May 30 and thoroughly cleaned our gutters and the roof of all debris. They followed up by cleaning the area on the ground where any if the debris had fallen. Very nice and professional! I would recommend them!

I called Northside Windows & Gutter Cleaning on a Wednesday and was able to schedule an appointment for an estimate the next day. They came out on the following Tuesday and performed the work. Scott was especially gracious and patient while he answered all of our questions when he came out for the estimate. I received a reminder of the appointment, and the crew showed up as promised. They were very professional and quickly completed the job. I would definitely recommend them.

These guys are the BEST! They email a reminder in the spring and fall. They email a reminder the day before they arrive. They show up on time. They are polite and friendly and aim to please. I recommend Northside every time someone asks!

This was a totally hassle-free transaction. Scott's team visited our house and provided a quote within one business day of my initial contact, and they were able to actually complete the work the next day. I didn't even need to be home because they have an online payment system. They bagged everything and put it in our garbage bin for disposal. I was shocked at how much stuff they got out of there! I was pretty d*** pleased with myself for contacting him when I did, because the next day we had a huge thunderstorm. The newly cleaned gutters, which had previously been leaking and overflowing, worked perfectly.

They did a great job, were very responsive and professional. The price was much higher than i expected, but did not ask for a quote prior to work. Will use them again if we can agree on a better price.

We were very pleased with both the gutter cleaning service and window cleaning service that the company performed. The professionalism and follow-up from the initial contact with Scott through the work performed by Matt was excellent. Matt also took time to evaluate the gutter guard system that we were using. Good customer communication throughout the process. Scott not only gave us the quote for the work to be performed, scheduled the appointment, and then a day prior to the scheduled work, he contacted us to remind us of the appointment. A day later, he checked with us to make sure that the work was completed to our satisfaction. We will definitely use the services of the company again. Also, I felt that the customer is a major priority to them.

During the last torrential rain we had water pouring over our gutter. We weren't sure if they were clogged or if there were other issues since they were fairly new gutters. Scott fit us in the day after I emailed him. He came out personally to inspect the situation. They not only cleaned the gutters, they tested for pitch issues and provided excellent feedback. They are unbelievably friendly and adjusted the price down from the quote because not all the gutters needed cleaning. Scott and his team are knowledgeable, professionable and easy to work with. We will definitely use them again.
