We recently had the BEST experience buying a house with Tracey Nix! We have moved 11 times over 40+ years with my husband’s career and never have we had such a fabulous, insightful realtor. We were moving to Fishers from IL and quickly discovered that Tracey not only knew the area thoroughly but also was very familiar with building construction, which proved invaluable as we toured multiple homes. She always pointed out important details that we hadn’t even thought about. And tour we did! Tracey always made herself available, on a moment’s notice sometimes, and since we were long distance, she even toured homes without us, sending us the detailed videos. Tracey has a noticeable passion for real estate and truly enjoys looking at homes. The home we ended up buying she found by herself one day while driving around looking at possibilities and new areas for us. It was new construction and when we toured the house with her she asked so many detailed questions about the building process that really helped in the sale. We then learned that she used to work for a builder. Tracey really listens and gets to know what you’re looking for, down to the last detail. One particularly helpful aspect of house hunting with Tracey is that with each house she will add up the dollar amount of improvements you tell her the house would need for it to work for you so that you know your “all in” price. She also can tell you the quality of the finishings, how long things might last, the make-up of the neighborhood, and countless other things you didn’t even know that you needed to know! Tracey is also a lot of fun to work with and truly cares that she finds you the “just right” home. And get this! We had over 300 quality moving boxes from our professional mover and tons of wrapping paper to dispose of. Knowing that she had clients needing boxes, she personally made countless trips to our home collecting them and delivering them to various people to use. She even offered to pick up the rest when we are finished unpacking just to help us out. She also was very helpful at our closing (closing on a new home is a bit different) and ended up saving us a lot of money in taxes and fees in the end, which we were not expecting. She’s great on the financial end and is a good steward of your funds. With Tracey you will get top-notch, enthusiastic service by a warm, knowledgeable real estate agent who loves looking at homes, knows Indy and knows her stuff!
