The string broke on a long, duette shade in my basement which was only 2 yrs old. A repairmen came to my home for $150. Repaired the shade in my home and determined it was under warranty. So $150 was the only charge. The repairmen knew exactly what to do. Repaired the shade and checked for a warranty and was done in 30 min. He was very professional. I would definitely call them if I need anything done with my blinds in the future.

It went very well. The 2 men that came to install were very helpful and friendly. They answered all of my questions. I went to their showroom which was hard to find. It is behind the Target shopping center. The building says Baden. I would use them again and recommend their service.

Excellent service! Helen was my first contact. She's knowledgeable, punctual and thorough. I never once worried the job wouldn't be done right. She discussed pro and cons with me to help me make decisions I would be happy with. Installer was also punctual, professional and friendly. He paid attention to every detail as if he were working on his own home. I appreciated his integrity and desire to not only work fast but to do a good job. Love my new blinds!

The only slight problem that we had was that it took longer to get the shades than originally forecasted. Helen was very helpful in selecting the right material for the roller shades. The installer was very good and took little time to install the shades. He tested all shades to make sure they met his standards for operation. We are very pleased.

I was very happy with the experience. Great to work with and very helpful. Very professional and respectful of my time. One of the shade valences was on a door and fell off and broke as it was being closed- Repaired quickly and successfully. Would definitely use again!

Helen came out to my home with samples, was punctual and very talented eye for detail. She helped me pick a color for the blind, and also some paint ideas for the wall that might blend well with the window treatment fabric. She also informed me of a rebate going on which helped save me some money. The blind was completed as promised, and hung when promised and looks wonderful.

Instead of coming out, we called him and he told us ways to fix it and saved us a $100 service call. My husband took it in and got it fixed.

THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL, PROMPT, AND THE WINDOW BLINDS ARE BEAUTIFUL.

GUY CAME TO HOME AND REPAIRED ONE OF THEM ON SIGHT AND TOOK THE OTHER TO HIS SHOP AND RETURNED IT BACK BY 6:00 PM THE SAME DAY. EXCELLENT SERVICE.
