Called company - stated problems - was given price and approximate date to complete - concrete was used because post often stands in a lot of water due to street flooding - very quick and very sturdy mail box.

We were pleased overall. Only concern is that the new mailbox seems much higher than the old one and other mailboxes in the neighborhood, but it looks great and they were very punctual.

We had purchased a new mailbox and post and attempted to install it ourselves, but we didn't do a good job. We called them and explained the situation, and they came out and properly installed the 4 x 4 post with the concrete footings.

It wasn't as efficient as I thought it would be, but they did a good job with the work.

They did the work very quickly, it was very well done and neat. We had absolutely no problems and it has been fine every since even through all the bad weather.

I called Mail Box Solutions to describe the mailbox and post that I wanted to have installed at my residence and their initial response was very good. They came to install the box and post within a few days (11/27/09). At the time of installation, 1 of 2 pieces of mailbox base-trim molding was broken and they said they would order and install it at a later date. They installed the unbroken piece of molding. After 7 weeks I sent an email to Mail Box Solutions asking when they planned to install the final piece of mailbox trim. I also ask that they send me the necessary manufacturer product information so that I could contact the manufacturer and obtain the missing trim if they did not plan to complete this task. I received no response from Mail Box Solutions to my email request. 2 weeks later I sent a letter by Certified Mail to Mail Box Solutions requesting the same information regarding the mailbox trim installation or manufacturer information. Once again I received no reply. After 2 ½ more weeks I got on the Internet, located the mailbox manufacturer, and emailed the manufacturer asking if I could purchase the part I needed to complete the installation. Within an hour the manufacturer replied that they were shipping two pieces of trim at no charge. I now have the part and will install it on the mailbox. Based on my 3-month experience with Mail Box Solutions I would not recommend them for any work due to their total lack of follow-up in completing the work associated with this installation.

He charged me $85 for the job. He came right out and was very good about the job. I had no problems with him; I was very happy with his work. I will absolutely use him again in the future.

Over the New Year's holiday weekend, someone backed into our mailbox. The post was broken off at the ground, but the mailboxes were intact. We called Mailbox Solutions for an estimate to replace the old post and install our old mailboxes on the new post. The company gave me an estimate on the phone, which I accepted. Despite the terrible cold weather, they were out by the end of the week. They dug up the old post stump, installed the new post, and attached the old boxes. They were very careful, and made sure to replace the grass to minimize the impact. We are very happy with the service, and would use them again... although we hope that we won't have to.

The price was reasonable and the result was exactly what we wanted. I have a hard time understanding why some competitors we called would charge twice as much and still get any business. I'll definitely recommend Mailbox Solutions to anyone in my neighborhood.

They were professional, responsive and punctual. The quality of their work was good and I was satisfied with their service.

I called Mailbox Solutions on a Saturday morning after finding my mailbox on the ground. Apparently the post had broken off at ground level. I spoke with a gentleman who answered my questions and gave me a cost estimate over the phone. We agreed to the services and price. It was completed that same afternoon. The person who came to do the work explained what he did and was very pleasant. It was a good experience. I would definitely recommend using this provider.

I returned from morning shopping on what had been a very rainy Saturday. I drove to my garage before I realized that my old mailbox was sitting beside the door. So I walked down the drive to examine the new post and boxes. First of all, I was really surprised that the work was done so quickly but especially because the weather had been miserable most of the day - rain and more rain. There must have been a brief dry hour because the two old mailboxes and posts were removed, and the new very attractive post was installed. I was pleased that Mr. Benjamin noted my recently created flower bed behind the mailboxes, and he centered the new post between and in front of a couple of large perrenials that I had planted last year. Perhaps it was just an accident or perhaps he planned it that way. Nevertheless, the installation and the materials pleased me very much. Now if the newspaper carrier could just get used to the new boxes and properly deliver my morning paper on the accurate days of the week.

Great. Our neighborhood doesn't have any rules about mailbox posts, but I wanted just a basic, painted post. I called, the options were explained; they came and it was done.

Unbelievably good, very reasonable priced. I did have to call him back for a minor adjustment on the mail box door, but he came out right away and there was no additional charge.

I called the company on Tuesday and the work was done on Thursday. (It would have been done on Wednesday, but weather was bad.) He came at the agreed-upon hour and promptly installed the new post. Overall, it went without a hitch.

Accepted the job and did it promptly. We did it all by phone except for mailing the check.

They mailbox looks great. He put a copper lining on the bottom for the weed whacker. They painted the mailbox and even came out on a Sunday to do the work. They special ordered the mailbox we wanted because it wasn't in stock. Lots of people in the neighborhood think it's great!

My mailbox was hit today by a vehicle. I wasn't sure how bad it was damaged so I called Mailbox Solutions at approximately 4:45 PM. Joe returned my call within 30 minutes and went out of his way to come over to my house 2 hours later. His responsiveness, professionalism and honesty were outstanding. I would, most definitely, hire MailBox Solutions for any future mailbox needs.

Our mail box rotted off the post and fell to the ground. I called Friday June 29 at noon because one of my delivery persons would not deliver my mail if the box is not on the post. Joe answered the call and explained his service. I asked if he had a web site, so I could see for my self the details he was describing. That afternoon I received a quote and a promise to remove the old post and box and install a new post and box by Sunday July 1, just two days later! We really like the post and box and have to thank Joe for the great follow thru.

Good service- even asked if there were neighborhood covenants regarding the mailbox appearance. Corrected mistake on the invoice with no argument.

Because he was so busy, shortly after I called Joe he came out and solidly propped up the broken mailbox post with a metal bar until he could make and install a replacement post. This was very helpful, so much so that we received a note from our mail carrier thanking us for getting the mailbox back up so quickly. Once the ground thawed a bit and the new post was ready, it was installed well. He even returned on his own initiative to re-paint a portion of the post that was a bit thin. During a very busy time he was responsive, professional, and attentive to our needs, including the subdivision protocol for the post structure and color.

We called Mailbox Solutions on Saturday afternoon, spoke with Joe. He said they would be out Monday for sure, maybe could get to it SUNDAY. Sunday he came out, did a great job repairing the mailbox. Bill was exactly within estimate range and very reasonable. GREAT work. Thanks, Joe.
