This was one of the best experiences I have had yet with an Angie's List service provider. I was emailed an estimate within minutes of speaking with them. The communication and service was quick, professional and courteous. The repair was done on a Saturday while we were out of town which means we didn't have to schedule our day around it.

They were very professional, I received the estimate over the phone and they came out the next day and did the service for me.

Our community has a standard mailbox and paperbox design purchased through Mailbox Solutions. I was told that boxes would be installed within 10 days after purchase. After 3 phone calls and 28 days my box was finally installed. The paperbox was painted with the standard community color on all sides except one. The last side was painted several days later. In fairness, we were contacted regarding our disappointing experience and were told the problem was with a summer college student and was not representative of their customer service.

I contacted the owner who was very professional and kind. He did say he was backed up a little and it did take a couple of days for installation. The mailbox is beautiful and great quality too. It was a little pricey but overall, it was worth not having to do it ourselves. I would definitely use this company again.

A big F. Called Mailbox Solutions on Friday, April 15, 2011 to have them give us an estimate on repairing our mailbox. The representative told us that they would come by the house the following day and provide us with an estimate via email by the end of the day on Saturday, April 16, 2011. On Monday, April 18 when had not received the estimate so we recontacted them that morning and were told that someone would be out that day and we would receive an estimate by the end of the day. It is now 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 19, 2011 and we have no estimate, no telephone follow up - NOTHING. No service is the lowest possible service. I would definitely not do business with this company.

It was good. They came when they said they would come and it didn't take them very long at all. I was very happy with the mailbox, it was exactly what I wanted.

He is a nice guy. He does a great job. He worked with us to figure out what design of post we wanted. We had several options. It was a very good experience.

Excellent. John came the day after I spoke to the office and went over the details of the work which they then carried out perfectly 3 days later.

He was fast, it looks good and we are back in operation.

My subdivision requires us to use Mailbox Solutions, but their service is not typical of someone with a captive audience. My mailbox door broke on January 11, I called them up in the afternoon on the 11th and when I came home on the 12th the new mailbox was on my front porch. I had offered to pick it up, but the woman on the phone said that she would be going by my house so she delivered it for FREE.

The mailbox is holding up fine. We would use them again.

Their pricing was fine. They worked in very cold weather to get the mailbox in. The ground was frozen. They were very good. I will use them again in the future.

He was fabulous. He provided great service. He found my mailbox by looking at the Google earth, which was cool.

I supplied the mailbox which they put on a cedar post that was painted black, and they put graphics on there as well. It was an emergency service and they installed it on a weekend. Our contact was by phone then he sent me a PDF file so I could choose a mailbox. It was in the ground in under four days; he understood the situation and got right on it. He was very courteous, his price was excellent in comparison, the quality of the custom post was, the quality of the installation, the graphics, his responsiveness, and his punctuality were superior. Everyone from the business end to the installation was excellent. I recommend him.
