Patricia was excellent in working to get all of the details to match my neighborhood standards. Material was ready on time and of excellent quality. Communication was good. No problems anywhere in the process. Note: I originally contracted with a competitor who simply failed to deliver or communicate.

Had to replace a rotted post. They had the post in stock and dropped it in fast. Looks great!

When my custom mailbox was first installed, it looked very sharp. I was, however,disappointed that they did not use concrete to anchor the base. I asked the installer about the lack of concrete, but he assured me that it would be stable and stay perfectly upright. After 6 months, however, this has proven to be wrong. The mailbox has developed an obvious lean forward, presumably caused by numerous openings and closings. I called the company about this, and, to my surprise, they came out in a couple days (at no charge) and secured the mailbox by tamping the soil around the base more effectively, thusly stabilizing it. We'll see how this works over time. One of my neighbors purchased a Mailbox Solutions box about a year before I made my purchase, so I can probably attribute the wobbling issue to poor installation initially. At least until it starts to wobble again, I'd be inclined to recommend Mailbox Solutions based on their and quot;make it rightand quot; customer service.

Mailbox Solutions is a good company. They do good work. I think they're a little pricey.

They did a great job. I would give them A's for everything. The young man that came out had to do some work looked at standard post because I already bought the mail box and it didn't fit so he had dug the post down. The post didn't fit the mail box that I bought he had to spend a lot of time basically trimming the post down so that mail box would fit over it. I offered to check the company to see if they would need to charge more and he said no, they wouldn't do that. They were prompt and polite and got the mail box installed.

Fine! Today, they chose not to put it in on the day that they intended because we ask them to make it match the neighbor's thing, it is not. So, they took another week to come back with that. But it was all enjoying a snow, so, I thought that was quite attentive to detail. I appreciated that but it took them a while to get there but he was the winner. They checked it out before Christmas, and did not finish it until a couple of weeks later, but were looking for breaking the weather. We were comfortable with what the cost would be. They were very professional.

They were wonderful when I called. Arrived at the time discussed and scheduled and did it quickly. The gentleman was wonderful and was very nice to discuss what he was doing and the actual company. He said if there were any issues after installation to please call and they will fix immediately.

We received the estimate quickly and it was fair. We did not select them to do the work simply because we went with the company who originally installed the post as they had all our specifications still on file.

The company responded immediately to my request for information, came out to see what needed to be done, and gave me an estimate right away. They were very careful to note the exact style, color, etc. of post, mailbox and lettering and the work was actually completed before the date it was promised. They were very pleasant, courteous and professional and I would highly recommend the company. Great work!

Due to some miscommunication at the beginning of the project, a wrong mailbox was installed, however thanks to all the help we got from Patricia at Mailbox Solutions, the proper mailbox was installed to our satisfaction and it looks great. Do: Make sure someone comes out to your subdivision to look at your mailboxes BEFORE they give you the estimate and do the installation to assure a matching one is installed. This will assure a correct one is installed the first time. Patricia is a professional delight to deal with!

Mailbox Solutions offered a discount on services via a flyer on our HOA website. I contacted Mailbox Solutions via email to get a quote on the replacement of our mailbox and copper weedeater post guard. I mentioned the flyer and was told the offer was still good. I called the office to arrange payment and had to confirm the pricing as the person did not seem to be fully aware of the flyer pricing but the pricing was honored. The mailbox was installed about a week later although the weedeater guard was missed. I had to contact Mailbox Solutions to confirm that the guard would be installed. It took another week for the guard to be installed. Mailbox color and lettering adhere to HOA guidelines. Mailbox and guard look good. Overall, I am satisfied, although it took much longer than I anticipated to complete the installation, some of which was weather related.

Mailbox Solutions did a good job. Their pricing was good, the stuff was ready when they said it would be ready. When I went to pick them up I had a little bit of a problem with one of the letters on the mailbox, the street address it looked like it came down a little bit too far so they redid that while I waited. They were very customer oriented and wanted to make sure I was fully satisfied before I left. They put out a good product, I'd use them again if I had a need for another mailbox.

The workman was pleasant and professional, and we are pleased with the job he did.

They did a wonderful job. They were very prompt, I called on Wednesday and it was completed by Friday of the same week. The lady I spoke with was excellent over the phone. Finally, they gave me a great price as well.

Their price was lower than a competitor's and their website more professional, so we went with them. Overall, it was a good experience, but for the price paid, it would have been nice if the white newspaper box attached to the brown post had been removed or covered before painting the post, so that the mailbox didn't end up with brown paint repeatedly brushed on it. Given the professionalism of the office, expectations for the end result were higher.

They reset my post for my mailbox. They did a great job, punctual, and professional. I would use them again as needed and would recommend them to others.

We were notified by our Home Owner's Association that we needed to either repair or replace our mailbox in one week. We contacted Mailbox solutions (one of several recommended vendors). The personnel were pleasant and ready to help at the word go. One phone call and we were convinced we had selected the correct service provider. We contacted others but did not receive the customer service that I experienced with Mailbox Solutions. They were out to our house within 48 hours and realizing they had selected the wrong specifications for our Subdivision, they notified me immediately and quoted the correct price with apologies. The transaction went smoothly; they returned within 24 hours installed the mailbox and the rest is history. I would highly recommend this service provide!
