Description of Work: They replaced my old mail box and painted my mail box holder. They did an excellent job of doing so, with one major exception. They apparently lost my work order and were late by a week and one half from doing the work when they promised to. I'm not sure it would have ever been done if I hadn't called them a couple of times. The quality of what they did was just fine....just late.

Description of Work: After I made initial contact that evening I got an email of what size and color. I responded back immediately and never heard from them again. I in turn did the installation myself.

Description of Work: The product and installation was excellent. |The gal that takes the tickets was totally discombulated by personal family problems. I had to listen to her story for awhile. And then, she lost my ticket. When I called a couple weeks later to see where my ticket was (mailbox), she said it would be installed that day becasue the tickets were with the installers. |The mailbox was not installed that day. I finally got an e-mail that the nailbox would be installed the following weekend. |It was ....and I was happy with the product and installation....just not the service member that answers the phone.

Description of Work: Installed a new mailbox and post. It took the company about two weeks to install the mailbox but it was raining or threatening almost every day so I did not have a punctuality problem with them. The mailbox seems to be securely anchored in place and it looks good with the box being light beige with darker brown numbers stenciled on the side. I did think it was somewhat pricey but since I don't replace a mailbox frequently it may be in the normal range. I didn't obtain other estimates for the job. I would recommend this company.

Description of Work: I left two voicemails and didn't receive a return phone call until 3 business days later after I had already contracted with a different company. To their credit, the price they quoted was significantly lower than the competitor but unfortunately it was too late.

Description of Work: Called to move a mailbox a few feet to get it away from a sprinkler head. Very reasonable price (about $100) given the labor involved, also repainted (with my matching house paint) and installed a trimmer guard. Had to put new numbers on because the old ones were corroded, no extra charge. The only problem was that they said I would have to wait a week because a big job was ahead of me, they would call to arrange the day, but they didn't call. I had prepaid for the work. So I called and they had accidentally put my work order in the "done" pile. They were very apologetic.
