From the moment we met Karl we knew we chose the right company to do our lighting project. His customer service as well as Siri's was professional. He explained thoroughly what our lights were made of and how they worked. They took time to answer all our questions. We also has great technicians that actually came back out and added a couple lights. Our home looks professionally done and beautiful.

Summary: beautiful high-end results and top of the line customer service. Highly, highly recommend Karl & his team. Luminocity did a beautiful job lighting the front and side of our house. All of the fixtures are of amazing quality- most likely contract grade. They are heavy duty and the quality of light is just gorgeous. Bonus: The lights are powerful and somehow use very little energy to operate. Luminocity is a family-owned business that cares about the work they do and the level of customer service they provide. They were speedy to come out to do the quote and were extremely communicative about the process every step of the way. (Despite delays due to snow and frozen ground, they were 100% on the ball about explaining when they planned to work given the uncooperative weather). Every time I called or texted, they typically responded immediately, but definitely within an hour or two. In a world where customer service is spotty at best, Luminocity shines (pun intended). Thank you, Karl & team!

He and the installers followed up a couple times, making adjustments, to be sure we were 100% satisfied. We love how our home looks at night. It's beautifully lit and enhances the surrounding area as well.
