While Louisville Tile did not directly remodel our bathroom shower, the products used were purchased through them by our installer. Purchased was Island Stone subway tile, pencil trim, molding crowns, mosaic 2" squares, and shower wall accents. While the product is everything it should be, the purpose of this review is mainly to compliment Michelle, a sales person at Louisville Tile. She was patient and informative. Several times she ordered sample pieces for my husband and I so we could get a "bigger" picture of the product. She listened to what our concerns were, and offered ideas with particular products in mind. While an appointment is a preference to get one on one assistance, Michelle gladly worked with us if we popped in, until she had an appointment.

Not good. I went to Louisville Tile as I was looking for some tile for my bathroom remodel. I walked around the store for approx. 10 minutes and not one person ever asked if they could help me. I know they saw me, but no one offered to help. I was very disappointed in the lack of interest in my business.

We belong to a direct purchasing club and they use them as distributors. Basically I order through one place and then pick up here.

We went into store to look at tile saws and the gentleman that helped us was very knowledgeable.

They were very good to work with. They were very prompt in returning my calls. I have nothing negative to say about them. They did everything well. I mostly dealt with them on the phone.

This is the second time we've used Louisville tile, and both times we've been happy with their products and service. This time we selected a beautiful slate material for the kitchen floor, but when it was delivered it had been very roughly cut (it was supposed to be gauged, but it was very variable across tiles). Louisville worked with us to get the slate returned to the supplier without a restocking fee, and helped us select an alternative. The new tile was delivered and installed within a week or so. We have been very happy with Louisville Tile both times we used them.

After visiting 8 or 9 tile shops over three days, one of the shops referred me to Louisville Tile. They did not have a match, but the saleslady was able to determine the manufacturer from the information on the tile. She called the manufacturer and found that the tile had been discontinued two years prior. Although I was disappointed to find I wouldn't be able to match the tile, I was thankful for her extra effort. It allowed me to discontinue my search and review my options.
