Description of Work: The carpet in our entire basement was cleaned in June 2012. It is a very large area and had not been cleaned for a long time. The service was arranged quickly and Trent called before coming to ask if he could come early which worked fine. He did a very good job so we had him come again in July to clean our living room and master bedroom/bath. Both areas are large. There was a large dark place under a swivel chair which my husband had tried to clean. Trent explained that the dirty area was due to carbon shavings caused by the swivel, which is evidently common. Our attempt at cleaning only made it worse but Trent was able to clean it completely and the carpet looks great. Trent is very friendly and helpful and efficient. I plan to use Klean-Serv in the future.

Description of Work: We have been using Trent for 5 years and he does a great job. He arrives with all necessary equipment and very efficiently does the job without wasting time. The floors are leftt clean without any residue which is important as we have 3 dogs and they would just track it around. He also cleans 2 rugs yearly and one is a large non-fading oriental.

Description of Work: Cleaned carpet in living room, bedroom and stairs. Trent is a miracle worker! The carpet looks the best it has in six years. A family member has extreme sensitivity to chemicals and KleanServ's process left no odors, scents, etc. I will definitely recommend this company and will use them in the future. I wish the rest of my house was as clean as the carpets. :-)

Description of Work: This is my second time Todd has cleaned my carpets. I had stains from red wine and from a pet and am pleased with the cleaning results.

Description of Work: Had leaking pipe in basement crawl space in one of the properties I manage. House had been vacant for a while Klean-Serv repaired the pipe, brought in huge dryers and de-humidifiers, remediated the mold issue that ensued, repaired and painted the areas that had mold, and then replaced water heater for me...company went above and beyond my expectations. They also followed up until the house sold. Great company that offers a wide scope of services. Best part is that you deal with the owner, not an employee. Pride in ownership is very apparent with this company
