I emailed on a Sunday and would never have expected a response until Monday,but Michelle had emailed me back before I even logged off the computer. She was amazing to work with and told me exactly what to expect and got me set up for exactly the day and time I was hoping for. She told me that Trent was never late and that was very true. You can tell these two know and love the business. Trent arrived, checked out the areas to be cleaned, advised me on some pet stains we had and went straight to work. He was finished in less than an hour and my carpets looked perfect. He stayed to answer some questions I had about treating future stains, and gave me excellent advice. Trent quickly estimated the rooms I needed the carpet cleaned and worked efficiently to get them done in a timely manner. He done more work than he originally told me which including several pieces of furniture. He worked hard to get my rugs looking like new. This was the second time I have used him.

Called in the morning and he came out a couple hours later! The carpet looks fantastic! They were able to get out very soiled common walking area and in sons room. Will never use anyone else.

It was the first time I have used them. Everything went very well. The guy was very professional and efficient. When he came to the house, he didn't waste time and got right to it. He did the cleaning, cleaned up very well, and took off. He finished within an hour. I thought the price was very comparable.

We have never had any problems with him. He is very capable and knowledgeable about carpet but also repair work. We are very happy with him. He has done jobs for us for about 5-6 years. He does a minimum of 1 job a year but up to 3-4 as needed. He is extremely fast and quick to get on the job. His response time is incredible. He will come at almost any time. The price really depends upon the job as every job is different.

Trent, was on time, a great price and also provided a rug repair suggestion. Trent, also took care of pet spots. Trent, cleaned up after he finished the job!

Trent Hall arrived on time, went right to work and efficiently cleaned the areas needed. Reasonably priced and did an excellent job.

It went very well. It was good thorough, quick service. He was very dependable and have used him for many years.

Not all cushions were cleaned on both sides and around edges. Furniture still has urine odor. Had a 15% coupon for upholstery cleaning. Total charge was $290 and serviceman deducted $20 from total which is less than 10%, not the 15% as the coupon stated. After writing first review, the owner of the company called and asked to make the service right and come back and reclean the furniture. I had already gotten rid of half the furniture and did agree to allow him to come back and make the work right. However, he was argumentative, said I did not tell him that the furniture had cat urine on it, which was a lie because I had made myself perfectly clear to him at the time of the first call and he said he thought he could take care of it. I wouldn't have hired him in the first place if he had told me he couldn't get the odor out. In addition, he informed me he cleaned my carpet and didn't charge me for it. I didn't call him to clean my carpet and he didn't actually clean my carpet, he was at my home when it was raining and my husband said that he tracked in from outside and he cleaned up after himself. He further told me the $290 price was the price after the 15% was deducted, but he didn't show what the originally charge was. If in fact that $290 was the price after the 15% was deducted, then the actual sales price was $341.1764705882353, which I doubt seriously was the true sales price. He tried to say the $20 was an additional amount he took off the total because my husband was a Marine. Although, I appreciate that as a business person he tried to come back and make things right, I didn't appreciate the attitude he gave me on the phone. In addition, he sprayed my furniture with some horrendous, gas-station restroom smelling deodorizer in an effort to eliminate the cat urine odor and quite frankly, I'm not sure which is worse. I have given him a better grade because of his attempt to make things right, but would not use his service again.

Trent was responsive, friendly and able to get to our house the same week I requested service. He was scheduled to come at 3 p.m., but called the morning of service and was able to come earlier. This allowed the carpets to be nearly dry by the time we got home from work. My mother was able to let him in and show him the areas we needed serviced; she left to run errands and returned within a couple hours to give payment and review the great work. He gave us the quote on site before starting work. We received a quote for a sofa and love seat to be cleaned, but it would have been about $150.00 more, so we decided to pass for now. I feel it was a little more expensive than expected, but I have no remorse on spending the money after seeing the high quality work, and receiving such pleasant service In the initial call, I inquired about having Trent seal our grout in the bathrooms, since this was not done after our house was built. He recommended saving the money on the sealant and having them professionally cleaned once or twice a year as needed. I appreciated the honest feedback and option to review costs if I still wanted to have them sealed. During service, Trent also suggested that we change the floor cleaner we are using on our hardwood floors, which is leaving a residue causing our carpets to get dirty faster. He said vinegar and water will work much better. We will start doing this asap. Overall really enjoyed using this service and look forward to having him back again.

That went excellently. I have the highest praise for him. He was very cooperative and did an excellent job.

They came in after we had some spots on our carpets. They also cleaned the whole house and did a great job. They came on time and were in and out. It didn't take long for the carpets to dry, and we were pleased with the service.

He just does an excellent job every time I call him to do my carpets. His equipment gets better every year. I have recommended him to many friends and co-workers. I would also trust him to enter my house when I am not home.

I received Trent's contact information from a designer I'm working with. He was very responsive to my call and promply available to come for a free estimate. Trent arrived at the scheduled time to clean my carpets and upholstery. He had a bit of a challenge because last year I used a different service to clean my carpets, which had stains from a puppy training. The other service had not done a very good job, leaving my carpets wet for a couple days. Trent managed to get the old stains out and the carpet was dry before the end of the day! The upholstery cleaning was also old stains that were previously and unsuccessfully cleaned. It did a wonderful job of making them nice and bright again! I highly recommend Trent and Klean-Serv and will definately be calling him in the future for my cleaning needs.

They did a good job. The owner was very nice and professional. The carpet felt nice afterwards. They did a thorough job and even got the corners in the hallways.

I emailed Klean Serv yesterday and received a reply within an hour. I wanted my carpets cleaned and Trent said he could squeeze me in today. He came, gave me a very fair price and was finished within a couple hours. The carpets look new! It really is amazing what a difference the cleaning made. Trent was pleasant, prompt, thorough and very fair. I will definitely him again.

From start to finish, Trent was professional..... all business..... went directly to work and finished the job with no waste in time. His work was great!

They were very good at what they did. I was going to replace the carpets, but they cleaned them so well that I didn't have to replace.

Showed up on time, pleasant, careful, and worked hard. Made sure that everything was done right.

He does fabulous work. The work turned out beautifully. He removed spots from my carpet that nobody else got out. He is very conscientious and shows up when he says he is going to. He is always on time and very businesslike. He is very good.

I thought he was a real nice guy. He was thorough, quick and clean. I will use his services again in the future.

The only negative thing was when they did the service they were including stretching the carpets and when they finished they said there was more work that they thought so they automatically charged us a lot more. Our complaint was that they should have run that past us before doing that. We kind of negotiated and they met us halfway but as far as we were concerned they shouldn’t have proceeded unless they had spoken with us. They were not the cheapest.
