I couldn't be more pleased with their service. I called on a Friday and needed carpet cleaning before some guests arrived on Tuesday night. Trent quoted me a good price (the first company I called was almost twice as expensive) thanks in part to the Angie's List coupon. When I told him about the short timeline it sounded like he was pretty booked but he said he could do it very early Tuesday morning, which worked perfectly for us. He was right on time, worked quickly and the carpets looked better than the last time they were cleaned. (Last time the company I called did a good job but they pushed so hard to upsell us to furniture cleaning, scotchguarding, etc., that I decided not to use them again. They were also more expensive than KleanServ.) I will definitely use KleanServ again and highly recommend them.

Treat responded to my request immediately. He gave me a date, and time. He showed up on time - worked quickly and cleaned up and left he's very efficient.

Excellent experience. Trent made sure to protect the walls and corners before beginning so the hoses wouldn't scuff them. He did a very fast job, entire thing was done is less than an hour. The carpet looked much better than it even did the day it was installed. He was able to get all pet stains completely out. Will definitely use his services again.

He was very prompt in the return phone call and gave me a rough estimate over the phone. He said when he was going to be there and showed up on time and was very professional. He did a very good job in all areas but there was one spot remaining after the carpets dried. We called back and he was very apologetic and came back out immediately and fixed it (no extra charge). It was a great experience and I would highly recommend. We will use him again for our regular cleaning.

Trent was here on time. I showed him the basement and stairs that were to be cleaned. After he cleaned those 2 areas I decided to show him our family room carpet which I honestly felt was a lost cause. We had already priced new rugs to replace that rug because we had it "cleaned" on 2 different occasions by 2 different carpet cleaning companies that have NEVER been able to get the stains out. Trent asked what was spilled and I honestly didn't know. They were stains that were 5 years old. I couldn't remember which carpet cleaning places came either. He gave it a try and I couldn't believe it but it ALL came out. I will ALWAYS call him for any carpet cleaning in the future. It cost $145 for our basement carpet, the stairs coming up from the basement and the family room. I felt it was well worth the price (especially since we were looking to replace the family room's rug). HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend him!!!

Trent was punctual and efficient. Our filthy looking areas of carpet looked new when he finished. The carpet was almost dry because he own great equipment.

Trent had scheduled an appointment for late afternoon. He called to see if a morning apartment would be convention. I called yes. He was here as arranged. He evaluated the job and immediately.

Trent showed up on time and did a great job (again!). He had cleaned my carpets last year and did a phenominal job, never hesitated calling him to come back again. We had some stubborn stains from pets and dirt, he was able to get them out! I love that he provides softened water and the carpets are soft and fluffy when he leaves! I have had my carpet cleaned from other places and unfortunately, because we have hard water and they use our water, the carpets are not soft when they dry. Will definitely call him next time and pass his information along to my friends!

Great - arrived early and quickly got the carpets cleaned. Trent was also kind enough to give me an estimate on stretching some carpets.

Trent was on time, pointed out areas that needed "extra" cleaning effort. Set up quickly. Worked non-stop, used fantastic cleaning method, cheerful, efficient, has a passion for his work.

Trent was on time & went over the price with us. He completed the job in one hour. The carpets and rug look great! We would use him again! Much better than other carpet cleaners we have used.

Very disappointed. We had some slight water damage in our kitchen. Time was of the essence to get it fixed because we were trying to sell our house and had several showings scheduled. It took Trent several days to come out and even look at it. And then he said it would take him another 3-4 days to give us a quote, even though a couple other contractors gave us an estimate on the spot. However, 4 days went by and we didn''t hear from him. When we called he still didn't have the estimate done and said he would send ANOTHER person out to look at it. We had no choice but to move on to another contractor and we will not recommend Trent to anyone else.

We had originally signed up for the special cleaning offer of $99.00. Based on Trent's (owner of KleanServ)) overall assessment of the condition of our carpet and the number of years since it had been cleaned, we followed his recommendtion of a much more thorough cleaning, which bumped the price to $ 135.00. It was well worth the extra dollars spent on getting a better clean and disinfectant added as well. Trent was very professional, very honest and he knows his profession very well. His equipment is in excellent condition and that to me represents the professional and quality job that he does. We would give him the highest recommendation if you're looking for a trusted and professional carpet cleaner.

I found KleanServ on Angie's list and the company had great reviews. I called Treant Hall the owner who scheduled a time to look at the job. He was on time (early) for the meeting. He looked at the area to be scretched and clean. He told me the estimated price and what furniture needed to be removed from the room to allow the carpet to be scretched. We scheduled the work for June 15, 2012. Trent and crew showedup on time did the work for the estimated price. The work was great. I will be calling KleanServ again for carpet cleaning.

Trent was on time waiting for me with a smile. I am old and needed mattresses brought up for company weekend. After efficiently cleaning carpets, he helped me with my mattresses and smiled!!

Trent arrived as scheduled and after looking at the areas we wanted cleaned, he made suggestions on what we may want to do and told us what to expect. He gave us the cost and he completed the work quickly and through we were very pleased with the work and will.

After finding the listing for Kleen Serv on Angie's list on a Sunday morning, I sent an email expecting to hear back from someone on Monday morning as their hours do not include Sundays. Within an hour or so I had recieved a call from Trent, the owner, telling me he was pretty sure he could fit me in and that he would call me once he had his calendar and I also recieved and email back from an office manager telling me that someone would contact me Monday for exact days and times, but that they could probably fit me in. Fairly impressive to me considering what I wanted was a bit of a stretch - cleaning of my couch and loveseat, before the upcoming Memorial Day weekend guests arrived, did I mention that I work during the day? Trent arrived promptly at 7am (a time that worked well for my work schedule, but is outside their business hours) and got right to work fixing what prolonged exposure to small children can do to a cotton twill covered sofa! Before starting he told me what he thought he could and couldn't do. I had no expectations that the items would look perfect, we've had them for a number of years and many sticky toddler fingers have played a role. They came out beautifully - or at least I thought so. Trent was less than pleased with his inability to get a few stubborn spots (that had been worked on before with no luck) off the couch. I appreciate getting an honest assessment of what is possible and probable rather than a sales pitch any day. I may have been able to find someone who might have cleaned the couch and love seat for less, but not someone who would have done a better job.

He did a great job removing stains that had been there for a long time. Carpets that need to be replaced look so much better! He was courteous, on time, and professional. The price was very good for all the stain removal that was required. I will definitely use him again and recommend him to friends.

Trent answered my call promptly and scheduled service within days. He was on time. These are the best results. I had the carpets cleaned at least 5 times previously. He was quick and thorough.

He began by inspecting the carpets and precleaning several stubborn spots. Then,He cleaned the carpets and applied a stain resist to them. My wife says that our carpets now look as good as the day they were installed! And as we all know, "If wife isn't happy, no one is happy. So, she is happy and so am I. We have already recommended him to 2 of our friends.

This was a great company to work with. The service was excellent. Trent and his staff are very attentive and thorough. Trent knows his stuff and our carpets look fabulous!! I would definitely use them again and recommend them completely

Emailed KleanServ and they responded within a day. Trent promptly scheduled an appointment. He arrived on time. Cleaned a very dirty sofa. Job was done well. Trent even spot cleaned a small stain on a silk bench for free. Trent is courteous, efficient, affordable, and responsive. Highly recommend him.

I talked with Treat, the owner, about specific stains on the carpet and general cleaning. He was personable, friendly, and professional. The stains came out and the carpet was clean to my satisfaction.

Trent was great. On time, neat, all business. Gave great advice and tips on keeping carpet/tile clean. Only did the work that needs to be done. Carpet and tile look new! Unbelievable.
