Excellent job. Trent is very professional.

Trent was prompt and explained very throughly what he could and could not do and did not pressure me for additional add-ons. I was extremely pleased with the outcome of the carpets, more so than with any prior company I have used. He also provided tips on the care of my ceramic tile.

It was a great experience. Trent was able to start earlier than our appointment which was fine with me. He was very professional and friendly. He explained his system to me and I was very impressed with his knowledge. I was afraid I was going to have to replace all the carpet, but Trent got it to look brand new! In fact, better than new and softer! I will use Klean-Serv again!

They were a little early and were done within an hour.Tthey were very courteous, did not smell of smoke, and cleaned up after themselves.

Excellent - communicated well, did oustanding job. Can't recommend enough. Do not go with the any other companies as you will be disappointed . The Klean Serv system is so different than any other carpet cleaing service I have ever used. If I could give 10 ****** I would!

It was as it always is a very good experience and my carpets, even after 10 years, look great!

Both the couch and recliner are microfiber and the last company that came out to look at them seemed "scared" to clean them because they didn't want to ruin them. I had expected it to be an easy job and Trent agreed when I talked to him--no problem he said. Unfortunately I had to postpone our estimate, but I will give him a call back soon. Very nice guy.

I called Klean Serv on Tuesday, 09/14/10 and Trent was able to schedule me right away on Saturday, 09/18/10 at 8:00 a.m. I had my carpet cleaned in two bedrooms, den, dining room and hallway. Trent was right on time if not a few minutes early. He started in on the cleaning and then had me check his work several times to make sure I was satisfied. He gave me tips on how to take care of stains and I've scheduled him to come back on 12/12/10 to look at areas where I had used over the counter carpet solution and totally soaked the carpet. He spent extra time trying to get all of the soap out. I am extremely pleased with this company.

Trent was a breath of fresh air! He was able to fit me in the next day after I called. He showed up on time and was very professional. He had to back his rig up into the alley I live in, which was probably a bit of a headache for him, but he did it so easily and never complained about it. He went straight to work and was very thorough. He even sucked out the dust stuck in the slats of my furnace door! The cleaning product he uses is a green product and is allergen-free. It smells great and is not overpowering. The finished result was amazing. It's like I have new carpet! I really appreciate Trent, and his son, for being such a pleasure to do business with. I will definitley recommend him to others and use his services in the future.

The experience went well. Trent and his partner were prompt and completed the job relatively quickly, even altering their standard plan to accommodate my family's schedule that morning. We recommend Klean Serv and will likely have them back to our home regularly.

Trent has cleaned our family and friends carpets for years. He is very responsive and reliable. I am putting my house on the market and the carpets needed much cleaning after a year with a new puppy. I came home last night and the carpets looked new and felt so clean and soft. About 6 months ago or so, Trent was also able to get paint out of my sofa (again work of a new puppy.) He is great!

They do a wonderful job. I am allergic to dust so they use my vaccum. They are just great.

He is wonderful! I have never had a rug cleaner that did so well. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. He was worth every penny.

The appointment was set in advance where the company would come out to give a quote, and if the quote was acceptable, the work would be done then. They showed up on-time and presented the quote. I chose to have the work done and left home. When I returned later, the carpet had been cleaned and was dry.

They arrived early, and cleaned thoroughly. Unfortunately, not all of the stains came out, which can happen sometimes. I was so happy that their method of application and drying fans meant the carpet dried much faster than other companies. We could move in sooner this way. Trent and his son were professional. It was somewhat expensive overall, but I think they did a good job.

Called (last minute at the end of a day) and asked Trent Hall if he could clean a single area of carpet. The area is a very heavy traffic area. My dog had soiled the area pretty badly and needed deep cleaning. Trent showed up very promptly, was polite, and friendly. I was very pleased with the work. He was able to clean and rid an area of many spots that others were unable to accomplish! If I would have had time I would have had him do the other rooms in my home. Exceptional work!

WE TALKED WITH TRENT SEVERAL TIMES, BEGINNING OVER A MONTH IN ADVANCE, TO CONFIRM AND EXPLAIN WHAT THE JOB WOULD REQUIRE. TRENT WAS GIVEN ROOM SIZES AND WARNED THAT THE HOUSE WAS DIRTY AND NEEDED PROFESSIONAL CLEANING. A FEW DAYS BEFORE THE CLEANING DATE, MARCH 7, TRENT SAID HE WOULD BE SENDING A CREW OF THREE. ON MONDAY TRENT ARRIVED AT 9 AM WITH HIS MOTHER, NO OTHER CREW. AFTER LOOKING AT THE HOUSE HE SAID IT WOULD COST $585. HE WAS PAID BEFORE HE BEGAN THE WORK. MY DAUGHTER FELT HE HAD LEFT SOME OBVIOUS CLEANING UNFINISHED. SHE TALKED WITH HIM THE NEXT DAY BUT FOUND HIM TO BE VERY DEFENSIVE AND NOT AT ALL EAGER TO WORK OUT A SOLUTION. SPECIFICALLY, SHE FOUND KITCHEN SHELVES WITH FOOD RESIDUE STILL ON THEM, COUNTERS DIRTY, BATH TUBS WITH DUST, SHELVES BEHIND BEDROOM DOORS NOT TOUCHED. THE VACUUMING WAS WELL DONE BUT SHE FELT $585 WAS VERY EXPENSIVE VACUUMING. MY HUSBAND ALSO TALKED WITH TRENT WHO OFFERED NO SOLUTION TO THE VERY EXPENSIVE AND UNSATISFACTORY JOB.

THEY WERE FAST, VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND KNEW EXACTLY HOW TO TREAT AND RESTORE THE CARPET. THEY ALSO GOT OLD STAINS OUT FROM OTHER AREAS THAT I HAD LONG GIVEN UP ON. I ALSO USED THEM TO CLEAN THE CARPETS IN MY ENTIRE HOUSE. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB, REMOVED STAINS AND CLEANED HIGH TRAFFIC AREAS VERY WELL. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. OVERALL THE SERVICE WAS EXCEPTIONAL!
