Description of Work: Contractor was given a list of 5 tasks, one week before doing the job. He said that he could do four of the five in phone conversation |1.) Repair collar on existing ceiling fan. He did repair. |2.) Take off 1/2 inch of bottom of side entry door that was dslightly dragging due to newly installed hardwood floors. On arrival, he said he could' do the work. |3.) Secure kitchen cabinet door. On arrival, he said he couldn't do the work. They were older cabinets and he said that we needed new cabinets, without offering a temporary fix. |4. Secure sliding closet door. My son-in-law had temporarily fixed and the con contractor made no effort for a permanent fix. He moved on to the next task. |5. Evaluate water leak in bedroom. He had said before vist that his insurance would allow him to get on the roof. | |The "Big Deal" was for four hours, he was gone in less than two hours. Most of his time at my daughters house was telling us what he couldn't do. He is the most pathetic handyman that I've ever been exposed to. Pathetic. He made no effort and no good explanation. | |As a result, we are dropping our membership to Angie's List. |The last couple of times that we have used the Big Deal, it appears to be a paid estimate for any work at an additional cost.

Description of Work: Put 2 wood rockers together. They were tricky and required a degree of expertise above what the directions implied. We were very glad to have Keith doing this job. He also fixed some doors and installed a TP holder in our newly done bathroom.

Description of Work: Just an estimate so far, but he's hired! Super professional, courteous and a dog lover (plus!) I'll update once the job is done but I'm pretty sure it will be top notch!!

Description of Work: He cleared my drive and front walk from snow, took down my Christmas tree and decorations and put them back in storage, and put the salt in my water softener.

Description of Work: We have used Keith several times! He is on my speed dial :) We have remodeled 2 bathrooms, fixed holes in ceilings, painted, cleaned and refurbished an older bath, renewed some older woodwork, replaced older lighting, tiled and put in a beautiful shower, and replaced 2 garage doors.

Description of Work: I called Keith on Sunday because i had a gas leak that had been repaired and two wholes in my drywall. I also needed a set of custom shelving hung.

Description of Work: Keith painted the walls and trim in our bathroom. He finished off the toe-kick under the bathroom sink. He also repaired some grouting issues left by another contractor. He then sealed the grout and hung a new light fixture for us.

Description of Work: Keith replaced my chandelier and fixed my bathroom bulb. He had to do quiet but of work to make the new bulb socket fit in. He arrived on Time and his charge was very reasonable. I would hire him again
