We met Julianne several years ago when we attended an open house in our neighborhood. She was extremely friendly and a very warm personality that made us feel comfortable. When we decided to put our house on the market and build a new home for our growing family, we thought of Julianne immediately. After meeting with her and learning more about the current market and the real estate process we decided to move forward with building our new home at the beginning of May 2011. We, of course, wanted to get our current home on the market as soon as possible. Within a week, she hired a professional stager to give us feedback on our home, had professional pictures completed, developed an online video, placed the home on the market, developed professional brochures and had our first showing. Julianne was fantastic to work with throughout the process and earned our trust very quickly. She was always easy to reach and responded quickly to our questions. She even made herself available to help us with our two small children (ages 9 months and 3 yrs) when we attended meetings with our builder. Our home sold within about 2 months to someone that attended one of the open houses Julianne conducted. Our buyer commented on how welcoming and enthusiastic Julianne was when she visited our home. Through communications with our buyer?s realtor, Julianne was able to work out a deal where we received a full price offer and did not have to close until after our new house was finished. This was absolutely the best scenario for our situation. Julianne was very helpful through the building process of our new home as well. As we went through the stressful aspects of building a new home she always provided a calm presence. She offered good advice and assisted us with resolving issues with our builder. Just before our home was scheduled to close, we identified a problem with the home that the builder was unwilling to resolve. Julianne went above and beyond all of our expectations and made a personal sacrifice just to ensure that our new home met all of our expectations. We would absolutely work with Julianne again and would highly recommend her to our friends and family.
