JT Tree Service

This is the only company that was able to get to our 40+ ft trees without equipment. Other companies wanted to use our neighbors lots to get to the trees (our lot is inaccessible to equipment) . They cleaned up our lot and stacked the wood like we requested. We also had a 40+ foot tree deadwooded for safety. This is the second time we used them- the first time one of our trees fell on our neighbors fence and they removed the tree.

Joel was very responsive and kept us informed about when the work was to be done. The cost was comparable to other estimates obtained so we knew the price was fair. Work was started promptly and the crew was outstanding in execution (one tree was quite large and near the house) and cleanup.

Joel arrived promptly for an estimate of trees to be trimmed and removed at two properties. This was my 3rd estimate for this work and Joel was selected based on his knowledge of how to do the job. The work was scheduled for the following week. Joel and his crew arrived promptly at the first site. The work was done to precision. They moved to the second property which had 39 trees needing trimmed. Joel is a wonder at thinning, trimming and shaping trees to a normal healthy look. I walked and pointed but it is clear that he would have done a fantastic job without my oversight. His crew of 3 were precise and coordinated. They cleaned up and removed every bit debris. During the weekend (Saturday) we experienced some strong winds that caused a tree to fall into another tree. I was concerned the tree could eventually fall into the street. So I called them on Sunday and Joel answered the phone. He was in Alabama with family but said he would be back in town on Monday. He was able to come by the next day (Monday) and provide me with a price. I believe on Wednesday he was able to come out and complete the job. They did a very good job and I really appreciated how prompt they were.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of Joel and his team. Before removing the stumps he had the utilities marked so he could insure the safe removal of the 4 stumps. The complete job took less than 1/2 hour. I would highly recommend JT Tree Service, you will not be disappointed!

Joel and his team did a great job. Showed up on time and did a great job. They were very quick and cleaned all the branches. He checked with us throughout the process to make sure they were doing exactly what we wanted. Very professional group. Can’t say enough about how pleased we were with the work done. I called Joel and then texted him yesterday. He replied within 5 minutes and came out within the hour for an estimate. He returned today and removed the fallen half of the tree, chipped the trunk and branches, and trimmed away the broken branches of the second tree. He cleaned up the yard completely. I have no complaints. He is very professional.

Joel arrived on a Sunday to give me an estimate for raising the canopies and removing dead branches from 9 large trees. The price was very reasonable. It took a few weeks to do the work, but he told me that at the time of the estimate and I wasn't in a rush. When Joel and his crew arrived to work, they were very professional. I needed extra work done on 2 trees for my satellite reception, which they did without hesitation. Since I was off work when they arrived to do the work, Joel continually asked me during the course of the job to check the work and if it met my satisfaction. He also checked with me prior to cutting on each tree to confirm exactly what I wanted done. They did tremendous work on the trees and with the cleanup afterwards. I will definitely use them again, especially when my trees grow back in front of my satellite dish. I highly recommend this company for tree service.

They were out early the next morning – they give priority to “storm damage” trees. Joel and his team of three showed their professionalism by how smoothly they worked to dismantle the tree and haul the pieces to their chipper. Very few instructions were given, each knew what to do as a well as any team could hope to work. I was also impressed with how safety conscious they were – they watched out for each other’s safety and were quick to step up or speak up when they thought caution should be taken. When it came to removing the branch that was laying on our house, they took extra care in an attempt to avoid additional damage to the house – mission successful. This is the second time I have had JT Tree Service remove a tree (and stump) and I will call them again when needed. I would recommend them to anyone in need of their services without any hesitation.

I called Joel and he came out that afternoon to assess the job, gave me a very reasonable estimate, and due to the immediate need to remove the hazardous tree, rescheduled his next day so he could get it all taken care of the next morning. We had high winds the following night and I'm sure that tree would have come down. His crew was as professional and did a great job cleaning up when they were done. Joel and his workers arrived early to remove several very large dead ash trees. They did a great job, and removed all the debris taking care not to damage any of the lawn and surrounding foliage and structures.

Arrived on time, completed the work quickly, excellent clean up. gave advice on future work, just advice not trying to sell additional work.

The whole experience was wonderful! Joel returned my call promptly and set up a time for me to meet him. I wanted to show him the tree that we were concerned about. The roots of the ash tree had grown above ground and we didn't know if we needed to be concerned or not about them. He checked it out and just recommended a good pruning. Now you can see our yard because the branches aren't too low anymore. He also recommended pruning a smaller tree on the corner of the house. He had both of these jobs done by the next day and the stump taken care of within a week. I'm usually more prompt with my reviews but I spaced this one and just now remembered to submit it.

Joel came within a day of contact to give an estimate, which was reasonable compared to others we had obtained. He was professional in that he was courteous, returned calls, and was on the site leading his crew the entire time which I really liked.

Excellently. We operate on night shift hours at my house, so these wonderful people quietly and efficiently took care of the whole task. I was left with an already dug hole for planting a new tree and, believe me, Indiana soil is heavy clay so that was a boon. The cost was more than reasonable. I would certainly hire this company again and recommend their services highly.
