Larry Jones is a true professional. He arrived on time, worked diligently, and was very neat. He clearly was respectful of my home which means a great deal to me. Depending on how many light fixtures or fans he needed to install, he worked steadily until the job was complete. The first time I used Larry, he installed a very heavy fan on my 20 foot great room ceiling. I was so pleased that he had an 18 foot ladder to get the job done! He even helped my husband move furniture to get the ladder in the correct position to install the fan.I have three more light fixtures and two more fans to be hung and Larry is the man I'll call to get the job done right.

They come out twice a year to check everything and make sure the systems are working properly. I would use them again in the future.

They fixed both lights. They were a little difficult to get into. They let me know that it would have been just as much money to replace the lights than pay for the parts. Next time I just might do that. Both men were very respectable and did a nice job and were very helpful with other questions I had.

Larry met my Realtor at the house to give the bid. He send me an email that wasn't very detailed and simply had a price. To be fair, I sent him a list of what I needed done, and asked him how much, but usually a contractor will give you some sort of actual written out bid with specific pricing instead of just a number. Our mortgage was a difficult one, called a HomePath Renovation Mortgage, which required that all of our contractors submit their detailed bids and provide a W-9 to our lender, so that they could be paid out of an escrow account. Our lender tried to contact Larry over a few weeks, and spoke to him upwards of 15 times! He NEVER send her a detailed bid, nor did he send her a w-9. DUE TO MR. JONES' INABILITY TO GET OUR LENDER HIS DOCUMENTS IN A TIMELY MANOR, WE WERE FORCED TO CANCEL OUR CLOSING DATE!!!!! That is about as bad as it gets in my eyes. Nothing he could do from that point could make up for the fact that we had to cancel closing because of him. He said he didn't send our lender the info because he himself "wanted more information". In order to move forward with closing I contacted Ellison Electric, from whom I had also received an initial bid. He was able to get our lender his information by the next day, and I am delighted to continue working with Mr. Ellison. He stepped right in and picked up the slack!

I could not have picked a better contractor. Mr. Jones showed up promptly to provide me the quote. I appreciated his no-nonsense approach and business manner. He and an assistant showed up on-time (a little early actually which was great) this morning and got right into it. They were done in a few hours. Left the place clean and everything works great. Note: When I originally asked for the quote, it was for just the ceiling fans. When I scheduled installation, I also asked if he would install the timer and he said no problem. When it came time to settle up, he refused to charge me for the timer install. (I gave him a little extra anyway.) It's that kind of customer service we need more of from providers! Jonesy's has a new customer. I just might have to inquire about a whole house generator next....

Jonesy's was punctual, did a good job in a timely manner, and provided quotes and advice on ceiling fans as well. I'd recommend them highly to anyone. Good about returning phone calls.

We got three quotes for the same work. Not only was Jonesy's the most reasonable in price, they were available the next day. We were pleased with the punctuality, cleanliness and thoroughness of the installer and would not hesitate to hire Jonesy's again.

Returned my call within a few hours. Come right out to evaluate the job, and gave me a fair price when they told me he would. They showed up right at the scheduled time to do the work, and it was completed in a professional manner.

He was great. He continued to work and try to solve the issues. It took a matter of days and he continued to pursue it until we were happy with it. The price was reasonable for his effort put forth. He traveled a ways to come to Carmel. Called and he was here the next day. My hairdresser recommended him and she was happy so passed along his information to me.

We had a new double wall oven installed two days before; the installers found that the circuit breaker was not only incorrectly labled, but the rating was too high for the ovens. The next day, I found Larry Jones on Angie's List and called him (left a message). He called back and offered to come over Saturday morning. He found that not only was the wrong breaker installed for the ovens, but also for our air conditioning units (all with ratings higher than would be supported by the wiring and the appliances). He was able to move two of the breakers around (right breaker, right place) and installed one new breaker. Plus, the 220 breakers were mislabeled; he verified what was what and corrected the labeling. Did a great job; was on time for the appointment; and was fairly priced. Plus, he came out on a Saturday (no weekend fee) so that we would not have to worry about some problem occuring with our new ovens because they were connected to the wrong type of breaker.

From start to finish, he was worried about not making a mess. His helper and him were very charismatic and took their time in order to have the measurements correct. Also, he had patience with me because I changed the can light positions more than once, and he complied as I wished. Was the best person I have had to do some work at my home, who cleaned after finishing a job. I expect calling him again in the near future for other projects around the house.

Jonesy's was very professional and courteous. I had to work from home that day and had a series of conference calls, which they were very helpful in keeping things quiet. They even warned me when they planned to use the power tools! They also found and fixed a serious problem in some wires which were not on the job, but needed to be done.

He's very meticulous. When someone pulls into my driveway, I can pretty well qualify them on the spot, based on their equipment. The first thing I noticed about him the first time he came out to my house years ago, was that his stuff looked brand new even though it was five years old. He's very meticulous, very careful and very thorough about his work. He loves challenges. I've never had any problems with any of his work. His pricing is competitive. What's most important to me is that when he's here, I know it's right, it's going to work and not give me any problems.

I had a great experience. Larry does a good job. He brought in a lot of his guys to get the job done quickly. He came when he said he would for the estimate and the work. He got the job done in less time than he estimated. I was very satisfied and will use them again.

A friend had recommended this company to us. We were pleasantly pleased with his work. He will bring enough people to get the work done. He is good about communicating with you and keeps you informed about the progress of the work.

They arrived on time and finished the work properly as desired. Jonesy's was $200 cheaper than Frye's and Bob Birbiglia.

He was very helpful and I felt like he was really helping me out. He came right out when I called.

Larry arrived on time with 2 partners. He introduced Tim & JD, & then toured the home to see what work was required. All 3 were clean cut & very polite. Connecting the outlets was difficult as a previous contractor had left the wires in the attic with no clear path to the breaker box. Tim came up with a plan & executed it flawlessly. Tim & JD worked tirelessly & completed the work in approximately 5 hours. They cleaned up & said goodbye. Larry, having to run to an appointment, returned, observed the repairs, & ensured my satisfaction.

They are great. I can not say enough good things about him and I have recommended him to my neighbors.

He was great, it didn't take him long, so he charged us a much discounted rate.

HE CAME RIGHT AWAY AND FIXED THE PROBLEM. HE DOES GOOD WORK.

HE RETURNED CALLS PROMPTLY WHICH IS IMPORTANT TO US. THEY WERE VERY REASONABLE PRICED AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE OF WHAT I NEEDED.

NEVER GAVE AN ESTIMATE. HE WAS WAY OVER PRICED, RUDE, AND UNRESPONSIVE AFTER HE WAS PAID - LIKE FIXING THINGS THAT WERENT QUITE RIGHT.
