They replaced the belt and checked out the unit. They completed the work in less than 1 week. The snow blower works fine now.

They were very reasonable in price and they did a good job.

I called them for an approximate price. I took my snowblower to them and dropped it off. They told me when to pick it up and it was ready when they said it would be. I were a little bit hard to find, but I called them and they told me how to get to their shop.

Great. picked up and delivered on time and did a bang-up job.

Dropped off our lawn mower at the beginning of mowing season. Johnson's was very busy, I knew I should have gotten the mower in earlier in the season. Was not given a firm estimate as to when the work would be done and mower ready to pick up. Took a couple of weeks to get the mower. I finally called and they said the mower was ready to pick up. The work was of high quality and the mower looked brand new. The only complaint was the time it took to complete the work and having to call them to get an update, but I understand how busy they were. A good sign of their good work was how many mowers and other equipment they has there to work on. I also found out about them from my neighbor, who had taken his mower there.

They were great. I called them saying that I had this particular problem and they came and took care of it. They did the work in about half an hour. They did a good job.

I got them from Angie's List. I liked them. They were good. They were responsive, punctual and professional. I would use them again in the future.

We were satisified with the work. It's an older mower, but they have been able to keep it running.

They were prompt in picking up the equipment. They returned the mower first, which was great as we needed it! They kept the other two a bit longer which was fine as we did not need them. They only charged 1 delivery fee. All pieces of equipment now work....and they went above and beyond the duty in fixing our power washer. I have tested all of them, even the snowblower - all with success! No complaints.

Took more than 3x the quoted time to get the items completed and returned. Told me they could fix snowblower and then said the electric start wasn't worth repairing. They didn't even put it back together, just told me to use the pull start. On the day they were to return the items they called to say they found a cracked wheel on the mower and they had to order that. More delay. They returned both items and forgot the grass catching bag for the mower. It was returned following day. Nice enough people, but poor at running a business. Too much hassle to use again. Lawn mower runs rougher than when it went to them.

I thought they did a nice job, and their price was very reasonable.

The quality was good, but the timeline - not so much. I was told it could be done in a week and that as long as I called ahead, I could drop off my lawn mower either before they open or shortly after they close, to save the $50 pickup fee. I brought it by around 8:30 am. on 4/14. No one answered the door and then I saw the garbage man was waving at someone, so I went back. The owner was standing at the door in his underwear and robe and I wasn't quite sure what to do. I asked him if I could drop off my mower and he said it would take a while if I could wait. Well - I already took time off work to do this, so I sat in my car for about 15-20 minutes nad when he came back down, he still was not yet dressed, but did take my mower out of the car and wrote me up a tag. He told me that it would be tight but he could get it in time for the weekend. After calliing twice, it was ready on 4/24, which was 10 days later. They did a good job, but not very professional nor did they provide a good timeline.

Great-quick turn around time (4 days) other places were quoting a week or more. He also has very flexible work hours, which is a plus.

I was not able to get my push mower running after it had worked all summer. Called Johnson's in the later afternoon on a Saturday. He said to bring it on over. Once I got there he was very friendly and helpful. Ended up that oil and gas had gotten into the filter. He was able to replace the filter on the spot and even gave me ways to prevent it from happening in the future. Would use the company again.

Within a week they had it back to me; I wasn't in a big hurry and everything turned out alright. I dropped it off and picked it up and the reception was very nice and courteous and told me exactly how much it would cost.

Excellent service, we got the lawn mower back in just three days and it has been working well all summer. It is also fairly close to us so if the need arose I'm positive we would use them again.

I called them at 5:45pm on a Wednesday just after the pull cord broke. They closed at 6:00pm and I told them I couldn't get there by 6pm, but they said they would remain at the shop until I arrived, which they did. I asked if they could replace the pull card and sharpen the blade by the next day which they did. Their work was done well. I really enjoyed working with them.

Johnson's Lawn mower Repair was one of several I contacted for my mower. They could do the job soonest, so I gave them a try. They were excellent- they estimated 4 day turn-around, and were exactly on time. They called and left a message at home and reached me by cell when they were done. Their rates were very reasonable (less than the larger mower shops). When I picked it up, they started it for me to ensure it was working to my satisfaction. I will use them again for my yearly tune-up.

Ples provided great service. He got me in quick, same day, when most others were days or weeks. And the bill was reasonable.

Great service. Turnaround was only 2 days in early April-fantastic! My mower is 20 years old and now starts very easy. Previous vendor did a bad job the last couple of years so I was pleased to find a service close to my Fisher's home. Ples Johnson is now my new lawnmower vendor.

Called a few places to see if anyone could take a look at it. Most places required about a week turnaround. Saw that Johnson's Lawn mower Repair was fairly close to me and I liked that a previous Angie's List user noted they were recommended by hardware stores, so I gave Ples a call. He took my mower right away, fixed it and had it back to me the next morning. I will definitely take my snow blower there for maintenance. I was very impressed with Ples's sincerity and he truly seemed to lay down the facts without a lot of nonsense. In other words, I felt good he was getting to the heart of the issues and wasn't out to advise unnecessary charges. Price was very reasonable.
