+ -1 moreWe looked at a lot of homes and Jerry was very patient with us along the way. When we saw a listing on the Prudential application, Jerry got to work setting up a showing and/or providing more info about the home. The app, by the way, is great. It alerted us to the home that we ended up buying. It had only been on the market for a few days and we got a jump start on getting an offer in. The advantage of working with Jerry is that he's also a home builder. So, as we were looking at homes, he was able to point out if an item may need some work down the road, or the required maintenance for another item, etc. His knowledge and expertise in the home building biz helped immensely as we were looking at homes to buy. As first time homebuyers, when it came time to make the offer, Jerry made sure we understood the process and made the negotiation part simple to comprehend too. Jerry was a great real estate agent to work with.
Description of Work: My husband and I started looking for our first house in the beginning of 2012. A friend recommended we talk to Jerry because he had a lot of experience working in the area of town where we wanted to buy. We met with Jerry and talked with him about our wants/needs and asked him questions about his experience. He took into account what we were looking for and set up some preferences for us on the Prudential application - would would alert us when there was a new listing. We found a house we loved and made an offer, which was accepted and we moved in a few months later.
