Everything he did was unsatisfactory. The sun room had 13 different leaks, 2 of which in the ceiling leak every time it rains, there is steam between the panes and some of the panes have cracked. He will not return calls and his phone number now says "your call did not go through please call again." This was a horrible experience and I now have filed suit against him. I will have to have the room redone.
Description of Work: I hired him to repair a sunroom.

Jake did a great job, was very knowledgeable about the windows and had a great attitude. He also found a separate source that was causing water infiltration in our house and fixed it.
Description of Work: Jake replaced all the old Caradco wood windows in our house with Jeld Wen aluminum clad wood windows. (Note: The amount paid I've listed is just for the labor. The windows were provided by the manufacturer through their warranty process at a reduced price).
