It went well. They were very nice. I did not have the extra links and they said they would try to fix it. They did not promise anything but called in a couple days to say it was fixed. They fixed it quickly.

I received immediate attention and repair was quickly made.

I have used them for 20-25 years and they have always been reasonable and fair with their pricing. The quality of work has always been good.

When the staff picked up the phone with a "hello?" I asked if they were a jewerly store. The female yelled I obviously must be selling something and slammed the phone in its receiver. Given their impatience with questions, I was relieved I was not in the store to deal with their rudeness.

They were very customer oriented and honest. They fixed it right away and did not even charge me. The store was very nice, neat and clean.

He was very fair. He made sure the clock was worth repairing. I was real impressed with him. Another clock repair company recommended him to us. He was very honest. I would use his service for other things.

The repair was very clearly visible, as they used something that looks like some kind of staple rather than welding the broken chain link. The repair did not last long: the second time i put on the bracelet, it broke again, in the same spot.

They repaired and resized a wedding ring that had to be cut off my mother's finger prior to having hand surgery. The back of the ring was worn very thin, so we weren't sure it could be repaired and also sized larger. They did a beautiful job on the ring, and it was done within 3 days.

THE BEST PART ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE WAS I ARRIVED 5 MINUTES BEFORE CLOSING AND SPENT AT LEAST 45 MINUTES LOOKING AT OTHER PIECES OF JEWELRY. THE SALES ASSOCIATE, JASON, WAS PROFESSIONAL AND DID NOT ONCE ACT LIKE I WAS TAKING UP HIS TIME WHEN HE COULD HAVE LEFT. I ENDED UP BUYING SEVERAL ITEMS BECAUSE OF THE TIME AFFORDED AND THE SERVICE. JASON WAS WONDERFUL, HELPFUL, PROFESSIONAL AND LISTENED TO WHAT I WANTED AND DIDN''T TRY TO SELL ME.

THE REPAIR WORK ON MY ANTIQUE RING IS BEAUTIFUL. EFFICIENT,PROFESSIONAL AND SENSITIVE TO MY NEEDS. I WANTED MY GRANDMOTHERS RING RESET WITH A RUBY BUT COULDN'T AFFORD IT. I AM PLEASED WITH THE GARNET MR. HUPP CHOSE. I WOULD RETURN TO PURCHASE JEWELRY.

THE APPRIASAL WORK WAS TREMENDOUSLY THOROUGH, WELL DOCUMENTED, AND EVEN FAXED TO MY INSURANCE COMPANY. WONDERFUL SERVICE PROVIDER.
