I was very satisfied. Terry is very thorough and conscientious. He also is very knowledgeable, and was able to advise me about efficient ways of using my new system. He is patient and assisted me in learning new features of my updated system.
Description of Work: I purchased a computer, and Terry came to set it up. He previously had done an assessment of my old computer.
