I tried reaching out several times via email, direct message, a phone call for about a month. I ended up getting a refund for Angie's List.

Once the communication issue was settled, they did a great job.

I guess I would have to rate this as "incomplete". I never received a call back or a quote for the work. We were on a bit of a deadline, so it put us behind on hitting that. I ended up calling a competitor. Honestly I have no idea if they are still in business or not, but I definitely won't be calling them again.

Contacted provider for garage storage. Eric did come out and looked at our garage. I waited for a while after that and he never sent an estimate. I emailed him for our estimate over a week later so we could move forward. I received an email from him later stating he had been on spring break with his family. That was fine and I understood. He said he would get an estimate out that night, that was April 9th. April 11th I responded saying I was keeping an eye out for the quote. By April 24th I still hadn't received anything but again emailed Eric because we really wanted to have him install the garage shelves. I explained I hadn't heard anything from him and whether it was in error, or I missed his email to please resend quote. Also asked that if he was not interested in doing our project to please let us know. I never heard from him again. I'm truly disappointed in his customer service and followup...we were very excited about this storage solution.

It went well. The cabinet supplier made an error and he had to come back a second day with the correct cabinet to finish.

Company was originally responsive, but then said that the unit was delayed in delivery. I made the purchase in early November, but was unable to get it installed until December due to the part not being available. Frustrating since I was hoping to get my car in the garage and needed this storage space. Except for the delay, everything else was great - the unit is sturdy, installed by IndyMonster Garage quickly and correctly. The price cannot be beat - I almost bought my own unit and installed it myself, but you could not beat their price for that quality of storage unit and I did not have to hassle with installation.

Coordinating the install took numerous emails and followups. He did not show for the first appointment that I believe I had made. Also I tried to add a service to the install to do a overhead hoist , when he arrived he had forgotten about it and did not have the part and then never called back to followup and do it.

Eric responded promptly to my initial call and provided a detailed cost estimate in a timely fashion. He completed the work as authorized. Both the materials and workmanship were of high quality. Eric was professional throughout the process and gave us good suggestions with no "hard-sell" pressure. We are completely satisfied with his work.

The racks are great and very high quality. Went up quickly. The drywall was an additional request, but he accommodated and did a good job. I'd recommend again.

Install went great and add a lot of much needed storage. We will becalling again when we are ready to have one installed on the other side of the garage!

Provided guidance on placement. Spent time working with me to figure out how to maximize storage and installed hangers for my bikes and ladders. Very helpful. Best investment ever, I have freed up space in garage now.

Eric was a little late only because he missed his exit and he did call to let me know. He gave me his advise on the location I wanted the storage rack to go. He was prepared and the service was quick. The storage rack looked great when he was done. He let me know the do's and don't for storing items. I am very happy with the service.

The item was so popular that is was not available when we ordered the deal. Eric let us know about the situation and contacted us as soon as the rack was in stock. He came out Thursday evening and installed the rack even recommending the best place to put it to maximize the space.

Indy Monster Garage was completely professional. Promptly contacted me, worked out an appointment time and showed up when he said he would. Did a great job and was fast. The quality of his racks are top notch as well, the cost was easily worth it.

This was the second rack that Eric installed in my garage. If I had room, I'd have him put more in- he's that good. As usual, punctual, professional and did an outstanding job on install. Highly recommend to those who need storage off of the floor in your garage.

Provider was 45 minutes late, but apologized and was able to do the installation in the evening so that we did not have to take time away from work. He was efficient, offered suggestions and completed the work without any issues. He did not try to sell us more products. As a business, this may have been a missed opportunity since we were interested in more storage options. However, it was refreshing not to be pressured. The storage unit is secure and sturdy and will do exactly what we need.

He didn’t have any in stock but made arrangements from another dealer in TN to buy one; he was able to get over to my home and got it put in for my convenience.

I purchased this storage rack for my husband's birthday as we needed additional storage space in our new garage. When I initially contacted Erik, they had such a great response from their ad that they were out of the units. He assured me he would contact me when they came back in. I, proactively, reached out to Erik to see if the new units had arrived yet and they had just come in! He arranged time the same week for the installation. Very quick and easy ... only about 1 hour. Erik was great to take the time to speak with my husband and help to determine the best placement for the unit in order to best utilize the space. We will definitely watch for other deals with Indy Monster Garages and look forward to working with Erik to best utilize our storage space.

He was excellent to work with. He was very accommodating and punctual. The results of the shelving are great! Scheduling was fine and everything worked out well.

Showed up on time, was pleasant and got work done in a timely manner. Shelf is working just as we expected.
