We had our roof repaired a few years ago hoping to correct a leak that had caused our kitchen ceiling to bubble up and drip in a couple of places. We had the same issue, though, and were worried that the roof would need to be replaced. David Helton came out within 12 hours of us reaching out for help and quickly determined that it wasn't our roof at all. It was our chimney, which needs substantial repair - a service he doesn't offer. He sealed up a few things and the chimney flashing as best he could and initially said there would be no charge. We convinced him to accept $75 for the advice and sealant work. We also asked him to look at our gutters and advised us that one leaky spot doesn't mean we need a total replacement. So, not only was he quick to respond, he didn't attempt to do an unnecessary repair job that we would not have realized was unnecessary. And, he did work that he wasn't even going to charge us for. When we do need a new roof and gutters, we'll be calling Indy Legacy Builders and recommend them to anyone in need of such work.

David and his team are true professionals. You can trust them to do a great job and treat you and your home with the upmost respect. I would highly recommend you use these roofing professionals.

David came out and worked with the adjuster to show where we had hail and wind damage. He worked us right in when insurance approved the claim. Crew came on time and cleaned everything up in one day. I would highly recommend working with them.

Perfect. It was a 90’ plus day so they started at 6am. David showed up 30 min before his crew with a large case of Gatorade for them. His crew never stopped working. Very polite. My insurance only replaced what needed fixed for hail damage. He went above and beyond and upgraded my roof to ridge vents and replaced as many deck boards as I needed with my insurance check. David was a very polite and professional through the whole process. The clean up was unbelievable. My yard and landscape was a mess. By the time they were done, I couldn’t find a single roofing nail!! I plan on building a house in the near future and I want him installing the roof. Extremely happy with choosing Indy Legacy Builders. I will refer them to everyone I know.

Dave and his team were excellent. I was really dreading having to get our roof repaired, but David made the entire process incredibly easy. He was quick to answer my calls and explained any questions that I had. When our insurance company didn't give us enough money to cover the whole roof, David was able to go through their claim and point out the parts that weren't accurate. He emailed back our insurance agent with the correct information. We ended up getting the entire roof covered, thanks to him. The crew showed up on time, were very polite, and got their work done quickly. The roof looks incredibly, and I'm so happy. I can't say enough good things about Dave and Indy Legacy Builders.

Literally couldn't have gone any better

I made multiple calls with no success and until I dialed Indy Legacy Builders. Dave answered and was a pleasure to talk with. It can be almost impossible to select a roofing company with how many there are out there. It was early in the day and Dave still was able to stop by that afternoon. I was not expecting that at all. He showed up on time, in a normal vehicle that was not leaking oil and was very clean cut. He inspected my roof to find out it just needed some repairs. He gave me options of what a new roof would cost vs the repairs. Everything went so smooth that I am hoping for a hail storm so Dave and his team can come back to do my entire roof. Great guy and great service!
