+ -1 moreHis work is clean, percise, timely, professional and he is just a NICE guy on top of it all. I HIGHLY recommend Eric to whomever is lucky enough to meet him. My ONLY complaint is he is leaving Indiana and I am SOOO disappointed selfishly for ME but very HAPPY for him. DON'T THINK TWICE before hiring Eric Holm. He WILL NOT LET YOU DOWN!
Description of Work: I am in Real Estate and always need good contractors to share with my clients. Eric Holm is one of the BEST! He has helped me and several of my clients with issues such as replacing trim, painting, building railings, setting beams and SO MUCH MORE.

+ -1 moreFantastic job, love the porch. Professional & affordable. Eric's attention to detail is top notch. Every inch of wood is cut exact. This porch will last forever! Eric has completed other projects for me as well as my real estate clients and everyone is always happy. I know I can tell Eric what I want and he will make it happen. Eric will never do a shoddy job. I would recommend him to do anything. Eric is the best contractor I have ever work with and I work with many people in my field including builders.

Description of Work: Eric redid our kitchen floor, blew in insulation in our attic, fix a broken window in a bathroom and he did a great job with all of them. I will definitely use him again and would recommend him to anyone!

His services are fairly priced and he always shows up when he says he will. He has been a great asset to my business over the years in helping clients of mine as well.
