+ -1 moreeeeContacted the company on 5/24/13 via e-mail requesting a quote. Within about 15 minutes of sending the e-mail, I received phone call from Joachim VanBuren. He set up an appointment for 10:00 AM om 5/25/13. He called me at about 9:20 AM to say that he was on his way and arrived at my home around 9:50 AM. I had assumed that he would just give me a quote & we could set up a time for him to actually do the work., but, no, he was ready to do the job right then. Joachim was very professional, and went over and above what I would have expected of a carpet cleaner, not only did he completely vacuum the carpets before cleaning them, he took a hand held vacuum and vacuumed around the edges of the baseboard AND also went around the edges of the ceiling to get rid of any cobwebs that might have been present.
