We went in hoping to find a company that would help us list our house ASAP. Thankfully Roberto and the team took care of us quick and for a fair price. Can't recommend them enough.

Run far far away from this contractor. The work that Roberto Molini does is improvised, unprofessional, lousy and the timing on delivering the finished product was 6 weeks late from the scheduled date. They would come in the evening time to try to complete the work disrupting our family hours. We have asked him to built a marble sink and one night my son was washing the dishes and part of the marble sink felt in his foot nearly fracturing his lower extremity. Roberto Molini would ask for moneys ahead of the scheduled payments and not show up for weeks to complete his work. I had never dealt with a more unprofessional person in my entire life.

Terrible customer service!! Job took way longer than promised. Never return phone calls or texts. They were either late or didn't show up when they said they would be there.

Terrible! It took over 6 weeks to never finish our countertops. We had Global Service install marble for our kitchen, the seams looked terrible, the waterfall edge on our island was a joke. Then they tried to hide all the seams with paint and magic marker. We never received a single piece of paperwork from them, and never showed up when they said they would. Overall, the worst experience and completely unprofessional. The only plus, is that they gave us a full refund after we went round and round for 6 weeks.

They charged me extra $20-$25 for a square sink because I wanted a square sink rather than a round one. I had to go to their warehouse to choose the granite. I would say generally A overall, but I have some more comments. I liked that they had a nice selection, but not too overwhelming. It just looked nice. It was really well done. The product was really nice. On improvements, I had to go to their warehouse and there's never anyone in there. They have a warehouse near Castleton and I had to go there 2 or 3 times before somebody was in the office. They're out most of the time. They don't have anybody hanging around in their office. Once I chose the granite within a week the job was done. When I bought it, I guess a lot of other people bought it as well. So they were very, very busy. They did manage to come and install it. They came after hours; which was nice. They just had so much business they had to do overtime. To disconnect the pipe underneath the sink, the person who came broke the pipe. He said it was old. It was like a plastic pipe. He said it was old, but I don't know if it’s because it's old or because he was clumsy and he broke it. Then I had to pay extra to get a handyman to install a new pipe. They didn't take responsibility for that. It wasn't in the contract that I signed. They didn't take responsibility for it. But, I don't know if it's their responsibility or if it is just old. It's kinda hard to tell; if it's because they're clumsy or because it's old. That was the main comment and they were hard to reach at their office. They're always out installing and they're never in there. On punctuality they came when they said they would. This is why it's such a complicated thing; at the same time I had them measure for a kitchen countertop. They came and measured it and everything but because they had so much business at that time with all the sinks; it took them a couple weeks before they could install. They did the bathroom sink in one trip and then another trip they installed the kitchen. It took about half an hour or 45 minutes to install.

They did the kitchen a lot better than the bathroom. They came out and measured when they said they would. It took a bit of a delay to install it because they were busy at that time, but they did use the sink that I had. I wanted the sink because I didn't want to pay for a new one and they accommodated that which is nice. They could improve their availability. I chose the kitchen and the bathroom granite from their warehouse. So I guess their availability in the warehouse, but that's about it. It took them a few hours, like maybe 2 or 3 to finish this job. It was different days than the bathroom. The kitchen was about maybe 2 or 3 hours. I thought it was really good. Excellent price compared to others. $1600 for the materials and installation I thought was very, very reasonable. Other places I looked at it was like 2 or 3,000. I would recommend them to other people too. Their price is very reasonable. It looks great!

Although the end product was fine, there were many delays, including mismeasurement, miscommunication etc.

Well it`s been about a month and after numerous unanswered phone calls (we've never actually had them return a call) and ditto to unanswered emails, we still haven't heard back from Michela regarding getting someone out for measurements. We had already decided to go with them because we loved the style and cost of the cabinets... but after weeks of trying to get an estimate (our project is SERIOUSLY not that difficult and we were happy to answer any questions they have!) it was finally typed out in an email with just a dollar amount and no break down on cost and when we asked for one.. surprise we still haven't heard back! I'd highly recommend avoiding this company, there are so many out there that there's no point in wasting time with a company who has no interest in you. Literally the WORST customer service we've ever had!!

A slight delay in getting the granite in, but we were very particular on color and it was not as common as some of the other colors available. If we had picked a more common color they could have had it installed in under 48 hours.

They were easy to work with. They found granite that matched our existing granite pretty closely. And the work was completed efficiently.

Our kitchen planner hired Global Service to install our quartz countertop. We had lots of problems with our planner - she really dropped the ball - and were very frustrated. We contacted Roberto Molini at Global Service directly and he went right to work to get our countertop installed quickly and professionally. James did a great job measuring and planning while Luther and his crew were topnotch on installation. Couldn't be happier.

These guys are absolutely the best in what they do. They will give you great ideas as far as to what looks best depending on your kitchen size and layout. They also provide exceptional service as they keep you informed every step of the way. The end result was amazing! Don't look for any other countertop companies in the Indy area, they will take good care of you.

Excellent experience!? Stopped by the shop to look at their available granite remnants.? James helped me select a beautiful piece of granite and followed me home that day to take measurements.? The next day he texted me a picture when the granite was cut, and they installed the new countertop and sink the day after that.? They were able to remove the old countertop with damaging the drywall and did a nice job cleaning up after themselves.? I never dreamed I could get this done so quickly.? I highly recommend this company.?

On Tuesday, we purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for the countertop in our 1st floor bathroom. ?By that evening James emailed ?to provide information about their service and next steps. ? On Saturday, we stopped by their shop on Saturday to look at remnants they had available. ?The granite selected was an exotic had already been cut with a square sink opening. ?Both of these would normally result in add'l fees but they waived them. ?Fabrication took 1 day and was installed on Friday of the next week. ?The stone is beautiful and the installation was quick and professionally done. ?We will definitely consider using them when we update our kitchen.

Awesome experience! We went to the showroom and saw the samples then, took a few home and chose. Roberto came and measured and in 4 days we had our new vanity installed and looking beautiful. The staff/installers are very efficient and get the work done quickly and clean up nicely after the job is complete. We will use them again soon as our home has older cultured marble vanities in other bathrooms. Their prices are very fair and they go out of their way to make sure you are happy. VERY HAPPY ANGIES LIST MEMBER!

Our experience with Global services was great, Roberto's sales rep James took care of the estimate, granite selection process, installation and plumbing. He was in constant contact with us. The worked was completed in 2 weeks without any inconvenience.

Day 1: Came by and measured in the morning Day 2: Called in the morning & advised the granite was cut & they could actually install that afternoon. We had to decline due to not being ready. Day 3: Came and did the install. We are very happy with the end result and will use them again if we have the need.
