My home had switched outlets. I wanted switched overhead lights, so I decided to install ceiling fan/light combos. When the installer arrived for the estimate, I clearly stated I wanted the wall switch to operate the light only, and the pull string to operate the fan. I have an 81 yr old that lives with me. I wanted her to easily be able to turn on a light when she walks into any room. The installer arrived a little late and his helper was a no show. What I thought was a 1 day job, turned into 1 1/2 days. Otherwise, the installation was uneventful. When the installer was almost finished, I tested one of the fans. I realized the wall switch powered the whole fan/light combo on and off, not just the light las I had requested. When I spoke to the installer, he made it sound like it couldn't be done. After he left, I did some research and found it was not the case. I called to ask Genesis to correct the situation. They have never responded! I an now saving to hire someone else to rewire all the fans.

I was very satisfied. Came out within 2 hours after we had called. Repairman was very professional and knowledgeable. Took care of not only the main concern which was getting the outlet for the above the range microwave, but fixed some problem areas that I had for many years but never took care of: that would be the light above my kitchen sink and the outside outlet in the back of the home. The contractor that installed my microwave said most electrical contractors are not as thorough as mine was with the quality of the outlet.

Job 1: They were prompt, courteous, and reasonable. Job 2: He was prompt, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. He did what he said he would do when he said he would do it.

THIS COMPANY WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY SEEMED VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AT WHAT THEY DO AS THEY WORKED DILIGENTLY AND FINISHED THE JOB QUICKLY. WE MADE THE RIGHT DECISION IN HIRING THEM.

THEY WERE VERY QUICK TO PINPOINT THE PROBLEM. THEY WERE ABLE TO FIX IT RIGHT AWAY. THE ELECTRICIAN WAS VERY COURTEOUS WHEN HE WAS HERE. HE EVEN TOOK HIS SHOES OFF BEFORE GOING PAST THE ENTRYWAY.

GENESIS ELECTRICAL HAS A GREAT BUNCH OF GUYS WORKING FOR THEM. MY HUSBAND KEPT BLOWING FUSES IN THE GARAGE SO WE TRIED THEM OUT. THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB, BUT IT WAS A BIT SPENDY.
