We called for service ASAP and they came out the next day (I called the evening before after hours) and they took care of the issue without a problem. Great service and reasonably priced! Highly recommend!

Matt Jeffery was the one doing the work. He showed up on time for both treatments. Now just hoping it took care of the issue.

Hiring them was easy, they got back to me right away, and it was Sunday! The next day, Matt showed up on time, explained what he was going to do, and why. He got to work and did a thoruogh job. Matt was friendly , helpful, and professional. I'd hire them again, no question.

They did an outstanding job and I don't have any problems anymore. They came out the first time, said if I see anything else to call them back. I did see more, I called them, they came out, did not charge me and came out a third time just to double check and again, did not charge me. I am very impressed with there customer service. They were gentleman, thoughtful, on time and did what they said they would do.

They were friendly, knowledgeable and quick to respond to my carpenter ant problem. I'll certainly call them in the future.

Bedbugs. Something I thought was just a myth until I moved into this small apartment and felt like no one was helping me, even my landlord. This was when friends and family recommended this company to me and I decided to call them. Not only did Howard calm me down, he helped me educate my landlord about these pests and told me what I needed to do to be prepared and how to prevent getting them in the future. Matt was the technician and he was very sweet and just as knowledgeable. He took care of the problem for my car and my small apartment - was on time and supported me to getting my life back on track. He found an egg within FIVE minutes of being inside my apartment and prevented it from hatching where as the "other expert" hired by my landlord missed it completely. Don't hesitate. Call these guys.

We had what turned out to be a bumble bee problem. This was found during a window renovation. They came out in a very timely manner, assessed the problem & with my permission helped us resolve the problem.

When I called to set up the appointment, they were able to get me scheduled quickly, explained how the process would work and who would be coming to the house by name. The gentleman that came to the house, Dustin, was very professional. He was here on time, answered all my questions and on the follow up visit did a complete revisit of all areas treated. Josh was very pleasant and went right to work to rid us of carpenter bees.

Came out to get rid of carpenter bees throughout fence. Got most of them but missed a few nests. They came out again immediately and took care of the rest of them. No charge second visit of course.

We are looking to build a relationship with a local, trusted professional for general bug-control maintenance in/around our home. They were quick to return calls and very patient to answer all of my questions. Scheduling was professional and timely. The technician was professional and knowledgeable and (again) patient with all of my questions/concerns. So far very pleased and would recommend them to others.
