I recently encountered a problem with wasps around my patio area and front door. It was stopping me from enjoying my outside space. I called Freedom Pest Control and they were awesome! The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was so nice and got me scheduled right away. On the day of my appointment Steve came to the rescue! He was so friendly (even my dog liked him) and explained everything he would do to take care of the situation. Steve was very thorough and answered all of my questions. I am very pleased with the service and hope to not see anymore wasps this summer!

Received same day service, which is above and beyond. Wasn t able to determine the root cause of the issue because the issue was in the attic, which is covered with a foot of spray foam insulation, but very happy with the service.

Howard promptly respond to my initial request for estimate and service and explained pricing. Warren was the technician who handled my job. He was able to arrive earlier than scheduled, was very nice and provided a thorough explanation of what he would do to treat the problem and why. In addition, he walked me through what to look for and clearly pointed out potential entry points which should be sealed. When he returned a couple of weeks later for the follow up appointment, he was again prompt and very courteous and thorough. I would definitely recommend Freedom Pest Control and Warren to fix your problem!

Howard and Warren are very knowledgeable on all pest control issues. I explained my wasp issue in 2018 and they were very thorough in their explanation and remediation plan.
