Four Seasons Home Care

I left two messages and received a return call one week later. They were busy due to the holidays and apologized. We set up a date for them to come to provide a quote but they needed to reschedule for a different day. They came out as promised to get idea of what we wanted and stated they would call to provide a quote the following day. It has been a week now and we have not received a quote as they promised.

I am almost afraid to give Tom & Wendy yet another glowing review, because I don't want anyone to steal them away from us. Their work is really impeccable and I trust them in my home. A few months ago, they noticed a water leak in the dining room ceiling while cleaning, and called me at work right away. We were able to come home and get the water turned off. If they had not called, much more damage could have been done. I had my prior home cleaned by a large corporate chain cleaning company, and there is just no comparison. Tom and Wendy know my home, and do a consistently thorough cleaning job. They've never broken a thing (which is more than I can say for the other company). I think we are generally clean people and we try hard to pick up the house before they come (we have a three year old, so it's a challenge), so that Tom & Wendy can concentrate on the big cleaning. A house this size is more than I can clean on my own and I'm happy to have them.

Four Seasons was very prompt in responding to our inquiry and came out within a few days to walk through the house and provide a quote. They asked for $200 for the initial cleaning and $125 for every 2 weeks after that, which we felt was reasonable and fair. After much consideration, we didn't feel that we were ready to commit at this time, but we would definitely call Four Seasons again.

They did an excellent job on the bathrooms and kitchen. Wendy even went so far as to do the laminate kitchen floor on her hands and knees because she wasn't please with the way it looked after mopping. They found dust in areas others had missed. There were a couple areas that I felt did not get dusted as well as they could have and I pointed these out and they were taken care of. Tom Miller called me back the next day to check if there was anything that we felt wasn't done to our satisfaction. They will be back in 2 weeks for a regular cleaning and I feel confident they will address all areas equally.

Tom and Wendy were able to work me into their busy schedule for my first time cleaning and they did an excellent job. When they finished, the house was cleaner than it's ever been. I was very impressed and will be using them to clean my house every other week. They were prompt and professional.

I wanted to give it a few times to get a fair assessment. The first time I paid more for them to give a "thorough" cleaning. Then they started coming bi-weekly. There were a couple of small misses on the first two cleanings, but they welcome feedback and areas of concern, so I discussed them with Wendy and since then everything has been wonderful. I trust them both in the house and they are very hard workers and I've been using them for a few months now and am very happy with their work. Additionally, they take the dogs out of their crates upon arrival and put them back in before leaving.

Very professional and flexible with scheduling. We feel very comfortable with this company in our home. They are responsive to feedback and we plan to keep using them.

I had used them for a year and one day they called and said they were raising their prices 40%.

Wendy returned my phone call on our home phone, and left 2 messages (Thur & Fri eve). I didn't call back on the weekend, assuming it was a home phone #. On Mon when I got to my office there was a message saying that they didn't have our home phone number. We finally caught up with one another and they said they would come on Wed to give us an estimate between 6-9pm. Wednesday I called to let them know I would be home by 6:45pm. Around 8:15pm they called me at home to tell me it was too late and they would come the following Mon between 6-9pm. That Mon came and went with no word from them. Tuesday when I got to my office there was a message that he was trying to find our house, he did not have our home phone # (it was on his wife's phone and her battery was dead), and he wanted to let me know he had tried. Tom called today (Wed) to apologize and ask about coming. We feel like they didn't need our business enough to print a map or call directory assist., so we called someone else.

We are very pleased with the housecleaning. Tom and Wendy do an excellent job cleaning the house. We had some issues with the initial estimates that were given and it took several phone calls and emails to resolve this. Part of this issue was caused because the company just gave a verbal estimate initially and did not have a very formal process for documenting the estimates.

They do a great job. They are efficient, polite and very receptive to special requests and time changes, if necessary. The cost above is for every other week and is well worth it. We have a lot of hardwoods and linoleum that require mopping. It's refreshing to come home every other Thursday to a great smelling and clean house.

I need her about every 6 weeks. She said she'll call me to make an appointment and I haven't heard back yet. I will contact her about the appointment for the next clean. They did a fine job.

Tom and Wendy are WONDERFUL! I've been very let down and displeased with previous housecleaning services, and in desperation, called Tom and Wendy. They were true to their word! They are very detail-oriented and my house is exceptionally clean! I am so impressed with their commitment to their business and their friendliness! I'm lucky to have found them.

I knew from the moment I talked to Wendy on the phone that I liked her, when I met her and her husband Tom, I was right on the money. They are both very courteous, professional and wow are they hard working. I had a cleaner coming every two weeks but they just werent doing a good job. Well when they came to clean the first time they did such a fantastic job it had to be split up into 2 visits, which I didn't mind cuz my house was sparkling- frankly it needed it. Now they come every two weeks and I am inspired to keep my house clutter free- okay, I did say inspired- I am getting there! I highly recommend them for any kind of cleaning. They are very detail oriented; don't miss a trick. They will clean the rooms I want and skip what I don't. Great, Great, Great! Give 'em a call!

Tom and Wendy Miller preformed consultation. Gave an amount for the house and basement cleaning, cleaned entire house. Very amazing job, I was comfortable enough with them to allow Wendy to organize and move things around on her own. They call before they come. I was so impressed with them I gave them a garage door opener to let themselves in. They call the next day to see if house was to our approval. Approximate cost was for entire house and basement. They were very respectful very professional. They were very considerate and helpful to me while I was ill.

We have had Tom and Wendy clean our house for over 4 years now and they do an excellent job. The house looks and smells like new every time they are here. They are very professional and thorough with the cleaning. Our house is on the market and they have accommodated our needs of having the house cleaned on off scheduled days to be ready for showings. They also did an excellent job performing a detail cleaning of the base boards and doors around the entire house.

I have have Tom and Wendy do general housecleaning for over one year. They are very professional and do an excellent job. When I need special things done, or I need to have them come at a different time than regular schedule, they are most accommodating. They are honest and dependable. Highly recommended.

FOUR SEASONS HOME CARE has been cleaning our house for the past 10 years. We have never had a bad experience. They are very reliable and accommodating when we or they have to request a change in the schedule. They are one of those "Breaths of Fresh Air" things in life. On "Bill paying day" I leave their check in a given place in the house that way I don't have to remember when cleaning day comes. I love coming home, opening the door, and being welcomed by the "Yeah - Cleaning Day" site and smell! We have had a number of cleaning person/companies over the years, and Home Seasons Home Care is the best!

Tom and Wendy are very reliable and dependable. They are also very friendly and professional. They are great people!! I am an extremely particular housekeeper, and I feel that they do an excellent, thorough job. I had tried other housecleaners, and they far exceed any others I have used before. I am especially pleased with my kitchen and bathrooms. They just look awesome! They also use their time wisely, and I like that they are in and out within a couple of hours. Everything smells and looks so fresh throughout the house when they leave. I'm so happy I found them!! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The Millers do an excellent job. They are the most concerned housecleaners I've ever had -- meaning that they often call to see if the job was done to my satisfaction. I've had problems with the professionalism of some housecleaners in the past, so I am thrilled with the Miller's work ethic. They are clear communicators, good listeners and both very friendly and respectful. I feel totally comfortable having them in my home -- and boy does Wendy make the master bath shower sparkle (and that's a hard place to accomplish that)!

I contacted the owners, Tom and Wendy Miller, as a new client with a request for service on short notice due to a family visit. I received a call back within an hour after making the first contact and my request was accommodated very quickly. In fact, Mr. and Mrs. Miller met with me at my home the same day I first called to view my home and offer their estimate. Their work was thorough and definitely met my expectations.

Tom and Wendy are WONDERFUL. They are always on time. If there is ever a scheduling problem they always call ahead of time. They are very professional and do a thorough job. They are not the typical in and out cleaning company. Very friendly. They are the best!
