Terrible There were many issues and problems We were lied to by the salesperson. We were not told that the new windows would leave much carpentry work to be done after installation. The Windows did fix all issues with wrong windows but the carpentry was left unfinished. This is $8000 I am sorry I spent. If incould I would want my 50 year old windows back. Personally find another company to install your replacement windows.

Bee Windows did a good job. They are expensive, but I have had no problems with the new windows they installed.

Excellent. They are very meticulous about making and keeping appointments -- and they offered evening appointments for some things so I didn't have to miss work. Completed the work as scheduled. Very happy with my custom-built windows. Much warmer in my dining room now!

They were prompt, efficient and competitively priced.

Team work, cleaned up after themselves. Once they come to take business at hand, they never have to come back. The work is just exceptional. Staff are very punctual. They do wear their protective shoes indoors when they're in your home.

I wanted 2 storm doors. They sent their "handyman" out. He did not know what he was doing but recommended 2 door brands. He made up a price on the spot. No literature or brochures. He called later to tell me they don't carry those brands but if I bought them at Lowe's they could install them. They got my name wrong, they got my address wrong. I don't know how they stay in business.

It went great. Their employees were very professional and on-time. One of the windows was going the wrong direction, but they ordered a new one. They returned and corrected the issue and it didn't cost us anymore. It went very well.

I would never use them, and would never recommend them.

All work was professional and completed with no problems. Work was completed in 2005, and we have not experienced any issues or problems with the Anderson windows.

left 2 messages no return call. 3rd call spoke to someone would order window and let me know when it came in 5/19/17. 5/31/17 I called because no one called me and my window was not ordered for some reason. 6/05/17 they called me window was in and they would be to my house 6/28/17-person on the phone didn't know if I was to be there-then said yes but could not give me any time frame of when they would be at my house. They would call me the day before replacement with a time. WHAT???? I work that doesn't!!!! Even left an email with Pat & George for someone to call me and make a previous customer happy. NO RESPONSE!!!

The first job was good. It was a "hard sell" with a demanding sales pitch (they couldn't just give us an estimate. We had to schedule an appointment when we could BOTH be present for a high pressure sales pitch). They have a good product without any competition in the area for their exact product. We were very pleased with the finished work for the first stage of our project (5 HUGE windows). Before we were really ready to schedule for the second round (four doors and multiple smaller windows), the company called with a "special promotion." We scheduled for their sales pitch (already certain that we would buy). We signed the contract for the company to replace the remaining windows and doors at our house. The job manager missed TWO appointments to make final measurements. We had to contact the company MULTIPLE times to reschedule. Finally, BEE Windows contacted us and CANCELLED the contract with the excuse that the quote THEY GAVE was too low and they couldn't honor the contract. Apparently, the quoted price was based upon "off season" prices. We were not in a rush for the job and would have been happy to wait until "off season," but the representative was not interested in working with us. He was unnecessarily rude and acted as if WE were trying to cheat them in some way. We went with Pella Windows to complete the project and WISH we had used Pella from the beginning. The Pella windows and doors were color matched and actually look much better than the Bee Windows.

Excellent - gentleman worked very hard to make replacement perfect.

Windows were replaced in good time. When our condo manager inspected the work some of the rotted wood was not removed. They complied quickly and finished work.

We wanted the work done on a specific week and they accommodated our schedule. The quality of the windows are excellent and the staining job completed by Bee Windows is the perfect match with our existing wood work. Faeber's sent a long time employee, Jim to run our installation job. He and his crew did the full house and patio door in two days time. They were very professional and did quality work. They even washed the new windows before leaving. Thank you for a job well done. Ron and Cynthia

It was good. They were professional. They gave me a written estimate. It was a good experience. They were the only estimate that I had got.

It went very well. We were impressed by the professionalism of their personnel and the speed of their work. Their site clean-up inside and outside our home was exceptional. They were very thorough with their explanation as to how to care for the windows over time.

1) In their first attempt they wanted to install the windows during a -25 degree cold snap. We refused to heat the outside with weather that cold. 2) They knew the goal was to increase our ability to see outside but when the job was done I lost 17% of the viewing area. Their only comment was that the quality of the window was worth the loss of view. 3) The person who put in the windows tried to put ugly finishing where the windows met the existing opening. Even one of the workers said it looked awful. Instead the installer said he could caulk the window and showed me how he would do it on one window. That window and a couple of others were fine but the rest were globby and looked horrible. When we tried to paint around the caulking we realized that the caulk was non-paintable - which was also not acceptable. Bee sent another person to look at the job and agreed. They sent the same installer who then put in molding and sealed with caulk again - and again the job was sloppy. Bee came to look, agreed and sent the man back the 3rd time. I called when he arrived and complained and Bee sent another person who watched the installer, agreed the job wasn't right and then took over. After weeks we finally had windows installed properly even though we dislike them every time we look at our smaller outside view.

The initial quote was $40K and with 50% discount became $20K. We thought it was still too expensive for our budget.

It went great. We received the quote and we decided to go forward. It has been several years since we had this done so I can't remember how much it cost but it was very reasonable and was completed with no complaints. I would recommend them to anyone. Very friendly and respectful of our home.

It went BEYOND our expectations! We STILL get many compliments on it, back in 2012!

All the employees were friendly, nice and professional. They arrived on time and finished before they said they would. A couple of months later, I received a call from Bee Windows. Apparently, Anderson Windows had used the wrong size weather stripping and the windows may leak cold air. Bee Windows wanted to replace all of ours at no cost so we would have no difficulties during the winter. They brought the right sized weather stripping and replace all of it in less than a day.

Terribly. The initial salesman that I worked with was fired. The person who replaced him was average. The work crew that came out was slow, and one of the installers ended up having an attack in my living room which required an ambulance and firetruck to come to my house to rescue him. He and the other installer left my house with the job 3/4's completed, and another installer had to come out to complete the work. The way the windows were installed ruined the lines of my picture windows, so they had to send a carpenter out to repair, respackle, and repaint the window frames. It was by far the worst project work I've ever experienced and I will never use this company again.

Would not use again. Hired different firm for new door replacement.
