They were awesome. It was a really good experience. We love our windows. We've had them for a number of years now. Several years back, someone had tried to break in our home and they went around to every window trying to get in and they slit the screen on each windows, and we have I think like 13 windows in our house, they have a lifetime screen replacement, we just had to remove the screens and take them to the business and they replace them all at no charge for us. I would highly recommend the company to anyone that's looking to have their windows done.

I thought they were really very professional. They came out right away and they never left the project until it was finished, which is extraordinary when you have something added on. I think it took 3 days but they were here 3 full days.

It was pretty pricey. They were prompt, and did the work that they said that they were going to do. They cleaned up after themselves, and were polite. I have no complaints. We dealt with the sales person, and then we had installers come out. I would use them again if they were competitive in price. I know there are other companies that do similar windows.

My experience with them was good. They did a nice job. They were thorough and efficient. The windows are fine. They did a great job on that. This was my first time to use them. I think the service was good. They replaced a couple of window sills. The only thing that I thought was misunderstood was that they would make a match of the existing portions of the window sills that I had, but they did not do that. They put them in and I recognized it after the fact. I mentioned it to them, but I think that is all that they do as per my understanding. So, it was my understanding but maybe it was not an understanding. My understanding was that it would match the internal woodwork, but I thought they had the capability to do that. That is the difference between sales and actual installation. I had no issues with my windows since the service was provided. I would probably use them again, but if I ever had any woodworking done, I would make sure that it is done to what I wanted.

I've had a good experience with them. The windows have held up well. Anything that has happened has been covered by the warranty about 3 or 4 times. I had moisture within the panes and there was no cost to fix them. They've honored their warranty and the windows have been good.

I am generally happy with them. When they put the windows in, the salesman said they would replace a window that gets broken for any reason, and I remember he used an example that if a kid is playing baseball next door, and he breaks it, they would replace it free of charge, and they don't do that anymore. You tell them the window is broken, you tell them which window it is, then you go and pick it up, and replace it yourself. The first window or two that cracked, they came and did everything, and after that, they want to charge. We have had a number of the windows fail, and we are dealing with that. I would be real careful about what they do when windows break, if they do it free or if they charge. When the seal fails, it costs about $150, and we have had 4 or 5 fail. One time, it took them about a year for them to get the windows. I had to call them, and call them,and it was a lot harder to deal with them. It just took so long to get windows from them. The instal was good, but I don't know if the salesman said more than he should have. I didn't get what I thought I was going to get.

I do not recommend them. I don't like the windows. It was between $300-$400 a window. The windows look shoddy compared to some of the other windows I've had put in. When examined closely after installation, they just don't have the same workmanship quality of other windows.

What I really liked about their service, is that they stand behind their product. If I have had any issues, they come out immediately, within a day or so. I only had one issue, and they did a crack pot job in replacing them. They did a great job. The interaction with them was fantastic. I had one foreman with them, and he was here, and I was really happy with them. I would use them again. I think they were costly.

It was very expensive. I don't know what it was but we found out later that we paid way too much for it. It was double what we ended up having to pay to replace the other half of the windows in our house with another company. I think they were very good. They were very efficient and did a very nice job, I just think we were way overcharged. They were very professional.

I had a wonderful experience with them. I don't remember having any dislikes at all and I'm still very pleased with the sunroom. They put in a quality sunroom for me. They did a good job and it seems like they did it quickly.

We liked the product they used. They were Andersen's Renewal windows. The crew were good guys to work with. They were professional and their clean up was good. The installation went smoothly. They are really nice windows and made all the difference in the world regarding noise and insulation.

They came in and did an estimate, did the work and performed it very well. The interaction was very good.

They really did a nice job and everything turned out well. The end result was what we wanted. We got a couple of estimates and theirs was good.

We were pleased with the work but there was supposed to be a lifetime guarantee on the windows or any type of repairs that they would need. I called them a few months back and they were going to charge me to come out and repair a window that had a small crack in one of the corners. I wasn't too happy about that. They should stand behind their warranty even though the work was done some time ago. They wanted to charge me $100 service call to come out and fix the small crack in the window. I had no complaint about the pricing of the windows. I was very happy with these people from the get-go until they didn't follow up on this.

There were some problems at the time but they worked it out and got it taken care of.

The windows have held up just great. The installation took care of other things besides the windows. I had problems with the sills and they took care of the repair of those sills as well as the installation. It was quick and professionally done. The service was really good but the price was a little high.

They did a pretty good job. They were prompt and only took a day or two. The price was as expected. They were actually less.

It was okay. They did acceptable work.

It was wonderful. We loved our windows. We have since moved but it was a big selling point when we sold our house. They had a 10 year warranty. We had a couple of them lose their sill when they were under the warranty and they replaced with with no problem and no questions asked. They really stand by their warranty. My sister also used them and she was very happy. It was very expensive. I would absolutely use them again.

The windows still work. They seemed kind of expensive.

I think that the product has held up pretty well. I really don't remember what the price was since it's been quite a while, but I'm pretty happy with the windows. We used them on three different occasions, so we must have been satisfied enough with the price. I think every time we tried to call them, we got good response. I probably wouldn't use them in the future just because they have now replaced all of the windows in the house.

I like the way that they were professional. They came in and they were quick. I had the windows for 6 years. They're still good today. They still work fine. They weren't the cheapest but they had good quality. Quality was excellent. They were not pushy. They were here right away. They were extremely professional.

I had a pretty good experience with Bee Window. They are custom windows, so I had some replaced, and then have had maintenance situations. They did what they said they were going to do. I had 2 or 3 quotes, and their quote was the best, and the cheapest. They sell Anderson windows, and they are really good. I had Anderson windows also on a previous home, so they did them for me this time round as well. I had a bit of an issue with their salesman on responsiveness.

The quality and delivery were excellent. The sales process was highly polished. They are not going to leave until they get the signature. They were obviously well trained. Sometimes that is okay and sometimes it feels kind of high pressure. The quality of the service kind of overshadowed that because it was a good product and good service. The door is fine and there have been no issues with it. The price was high end so it wasn't a real steal.
