Description of Work: WE HAD A LESS-THAN-SATISFACTORY IN-HOME CONSULTATION WITH BEE WINDOW LAST FALL. SINCE OTHER ANGIE'S LIST MEMBERS HAD GIVEN THEM GOOD RATINGS AND WERE HIRED BY OUR NEIGHBORS, WE DECIDED TO GIVE THEM ANOTHER TRY. AFTER SEVERAL PHONE CALLS TO SET UP AN IN-HOME ESTIMATE (THE FIRST TIME THE SALES REP TRIED TO SELL US DOUBLE HUNG WINDOWS AND WE WANTED CASEMENT), TODAY THEY FAILED TO SHOW UP FOR THE APPOINTMENT. WHEN I CALLED TO ASK WHAT HAPPENED TO THE SALES REP, THEY SAID THEY WOULD CHECK WITH THEIR APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION DEPT. TO FIND OUT WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS AND CALL ME RIGHT BACK. THEY NEVER CALLED BACK. AFTER AN HOUR, I CALLED TO ASK WHY I HAD NOT BEEN CONTACTED AND THEY SAID THEY HAD THE APPOINTMENT RECORDED ON THE WRONG DAY. THUS FAR, I HAVE NOT BEEN AT ALL IMPRESSED WITH THEIR EFFORTS.

VERY UNHAPPY WITH THEIR ATTITUDE.
Description of Work: WERE VERY UNHAPPY WITH THEM, BECAUSE WE CALLED TWICE TO TRY TO GET THEM TO COME OUT TO GIVE AN ESTIMATE, AND THEY WOULDNT COME OUT BECAUSE ONLY THE WIFE WAS GOING TO BE THERE. THEY SAID THAT THEY DID NOT WANT TO COME OUT TO GIVE AN ESTIMATE IF ONLY THE WIFE WOULD BE PRESENT. EVEN THOUGH SHE WOULD BE THE ONE MAKING THE DECISION.

I AM SORRY FOR THE FRUSTRATION. WE DO INDEED TRY TO ENSURE ALL HOMEOWNERS WILL BE PRESENT WHEN WE COME TO DISCUSS SOLVING WINDOW, DOOR, SIDING, OR SUNROOM PROBLEMS. ALL PARTIES LEGALLY OWN A HOME. OUR PRODUCTS BECOME PERMANENT ADDITIONS TO THE HOME. WE HAVE FOUND THROUGH THE YEARS THAT IN ORDER TO BEST FIND THE SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEMS, WE NEED TO LISTEN TO ALL OWNERS. WE HAVE MULTIPLE PRODUCTS AT MULTIPLE PRICE RANGES. IT IS FAR BETTER TO MAKE SURE WE ARE NOT CHOOSING ONE ASSET OVER ANOTHER UNTIL WE LISTEN TO ALL HOMEOWNERS, AND TOGETHER, COME UP WITH THE BEST SOLUTION FOR THE PRICE. WE WILL, HOWEVER, COME AND VISIT WITH JUST ONE OF THE PARTIES IF THAT IS THEIR INSISTANCE.
