Faerber's Bee Window Inc

They replaced the patio door the next week and it only took them about three hours for the windows. Nothing unexpected happened. I was very happy with their work. I don't think they were anymore expensive than any other window place. They were good all the way and I had no complaints with them at all. If I need them again I would use them, I'm hoping to not need them again.

They did what they said they'd do, am pleased with their service. I don't remember any bad things - they came, they installed the windows, they left. The window latches are a tad loose - it's nothing against their service, but it is a little annoying.

Bee windows had replaced the windows in my home a number of years ago when my mother lived here. One of the panes had a broken seal and had developed mold between the glass panes. In September 2014 I called to report the broken seal and mold between the panes of glass and to request a replacement. I was told it was under warranty and would entail only a trip fee and a glass fee. -I was told they would not be able to get someone out to measure the window until October 27, 2014. I agreed. -October 27, 2014 - Dan, the technician came and measured the window on the appointed date. He stated it might be a few weeks before I heard from them about the replacement. Charged me $87.50 for the trip fee, stating it would cover the delivery trip, too. -On January 14, 2015 I called to inquire about the delay. I spoke to Brittany who stated she was still waiting for confirmation from the vendor about when it could be shipped, She stated Amber would call me on Friday to set an installation date. She stated: 1. They had changed vendors so they had a delay due to having to contact the old vendor and arrange for them to make the replacement window. 2. Delay was due to vendor. -On January 19, 2015 I called and emailed to inquire why they had not contacted me on Friday as they had promised. I got a message stating that they would be unavailable until April. -January 21 or 22, 2015 I received a call back stating the delay was due to the vendor and that they expect to be able to deliver the window on February 5, 2015. Arrangements made for delivery on that date. -Feb 5, 2015 - Delivery person found the dividers between the glass was tan, not the wood tone ordered. He stated it must be reordered. and that I would be called to arrange delivery of corrected pane. -Feb 26, 2015 - Delivery had been scheduled for this date then I received a call from Amber stating they are unable to make the delivery today, Rescheduled deliver for Feb 28, 2015 and waived the remaining $30.00 glass fee. -Feb 28, 2015 - Delivery made - FINALLY DELAY OF 5 MONTHS FOR THIS RELATIVELY SIMPLE REPLACEMENT OF AN UNDER WARRANTY ITEM IS UNACCEPTABLE

I was happy with the window replacement, however, the siding was a different story. The quality of the material was great, the craftsmanship was good except for a couple of small issues, and the time to complete the job was not satisfactory as the owners would pull the crew from my house to other jobs they were starting. I would note this: George and Pam Faeber did not own Bee Window at the time I had my issues with the siding job. I believe George and Pam were selling it to Bob and Jim Smith who I did have issues with. George and Pam have since taken the business back over and it was they who straightened my siding issues out.

It is wonderful and there were no troubles! They were very easy to work with and left no mess behind. We are satisfied with the work and it has been perfect. Our experience was very good.

We chose them based on their quality with the estimate. Their workmanship looked great from the referrals. The installers were from Stylecraft. The job was finished in about two days. They cleaned up their mess after the job was completed. We can tell a great difference in temperature after the windows have been replaced. Everything was amazing! They did a great job.

They completed the job in three days and everything was fine. They were terrific!

I had a choice of replacing only the windows or the windows, jams, and doors. I had them replace all of them. They were very neat, tidy, and cleaned up well after themselves. I had a fine experience.

Everything was completed on time and on schedule. The job was completed in one day and they did a really good job on the clean-up. They did come back the following day to switch out a screen window. We are happy with the windows. The job that they did was great.

The process for ordering was very detailed. The number of questions asked and forms filled out were designed to document a clear and accurate understanding of what was ordered and exepected from both the vendor and the buyer. However, as in any process that involves data entry by humans, mistakes did occur. If the buyer is not detail oriented and reads the forms line by line you will not catch if a mistake is made in the written order. One of the storm doors that arrived was hinged on the wrong side nad had to be sent back. One of the entry doors was also hinged on the wrong side but we accepted the door as the swing did not make a significant change to the room. For these mistakes the Bee project manager offered a $1,000 deduction. The product was what we wanted (Marvin Xfinity windows and doors) The crews that installed the product were well organized, professional, and friendly. The install went well and we are very pleased with final product. After each visit the project area was cleaned and left in better shape than before project started. Costructive input: This was a big project, 21 windows, 5 doors. Bee had to come to the house three different times to install product; once for windows, once for doors, once for re-ordered door. This required two occaisions to take off of work. The third visit was scheudled for a Saturday at our request. The original oder of five doors were all keyed the same. The re-ordered door was keyed different. Someone if front office should have caught that. The overall experience was positive and we love the improvement to our house especially the huge bay window. But for the price we paid I would have expected nothing less. Quincy, James, Jamie, and Matt are worth every penny they get paid, should probably get a raise. They did excellant install work.

They completed the job in one day. Everything went well with the installation. However, one window had a problem within the first year. It was really hard to get them to come out and fix it. It took a couple of months before someone finally came out and completed the repair.

We used them previously in 1980’s and our interaction with them was very good. Their policies have now changed. I paid them a down payment and then decided to cancel the job. They never cashed the check, but they never sent the check back or contacted me to provide a confirmation.

Their price was in line with another estimate we received. They sent Bill and Ted out for the job and they were very nice. They completed the job in about three or four days. They didn’t smash any of my flowers and cause any damages. My experience with them was excellent! When there was a small thing I wanted changed, there were no troubles. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and I would recommend them.

They have been out here to look at them when we have had some troubles with the doors. However, they still are not rolling right and I will be calling them back out to take a look at it.

They installed all of the windows in the same day. We had them do another job for us on our porch and they completed it all in one day as well. We did have to have them come back when we decided we didn’t like the color. There were no troubles getting them to come back and correct it. Everything worked out fine.

They came out twice to correct issues. They did call several times after the job was complete trying to sell us other jobs such as gutter replacement which I did not need. Overall, they worked out fine.

install, they arrived right on time and completed it in about three hours. They took out the old one that had been falling apart and installed a new one. They left no mess behind after finishing the job. They did an excellent job.

I chose them for the job as they had the style configuration for the window that I had needed. They completed the job in half of a day. Our experience with them was fine. However, their cost was expensive and because of that I would probably not contact them again.

The installers did a terrible job, argued on the job, one guy walked off the job and the price was ridiculous. |I spoke with Pam Farber, who was very rude and not helpful. |We had to have them come out 2 additional times to re do windows that the seals were fogging. |I would NOT recommend them even with all the fancy ads they do. Not a nice company to work with. |In addition they CONTINUE TO CALL and ask us if we need new windows when they were just installed 4 years ago. Either bad tracking or they think their windows are failing already. I have asked 3 times to be taken off that CALL LIST...

They did a very nice job overall in installing. They came out and they got to one of the difficult ones. They worked through those well. They did a nice overall job. They were good.

The salesman Dallas was very professional and prompt. He asked each of us what we wanted out of replacement windows, and then addressed each need. We reviewed three different windows, and the windows was by far the best. The product is simply put, superior.they set up a time for installation, the day after Thanksgiving, and shut up exactly as they said they would. The installers actually work for B windows, are not subcontracted out, and were excellent at their installation. They were a little relaxed and then strictly professional, but I think that was more their personality and style. The windows are beautiful! The installation, including caulking, painting, ceiling, and any repair that was necessary come mama is actually perfect! The house is no longer windy on the inside ? no cold pockets. The front doors steel extremely well. We had a beveled glass front door I nstalled that has already received several compliments. Installation took exactly 2 days, just as they had promised, and they cleaned up their mess afterwards very well. We could not be happier! I should mention that they missed the dividers in our front windows, and said they will reorder them and they can be back in two weeks for a quick 15 minute install of those dividers. Here's the thing that really impressed us; after the job was done, before the installers left, the installer in charge of the product called the CEO of the company. Yes, he really did answer the phone! He wanted us to tell him how everything went before his guys left our home. Wow! That's old-time business ethics at its best!

It was very good. They were very nice and checked back wanting to know if everything was alright. I thought there was quality in their product.

Their price for the one window was $5,000 or so. They were pushy, high pressure sales and said we would have to sign that day. At first we were going to use them but ended up going to Home Depot where we got the same window for at least less than half. The manager was nice enough to let us out of the deal.

There were a lot of delays in getting the windows and getting them installed but they installers did a great job when they were able to come out. So far, I have no complaints about the windows. They were running an ad in our local paper that we took advantage of.

We were going back to our other house prior to them being able to make the doors and windows so we said we would call once we were back to do the installation. The sales rep during this time left the company and after this they started calling us saying they would be there for the installation and I explained we were not there. Once we were back in Indiana they came in the middle of winter to install the three doors. They did a half fast job on the installation. They had to get another screen remade for the door following the installation. They also tried to put in the second window and they realized they didn't have the correct sized window. They had to remeasure and remake it and when they did so they still had to do extra cutting and were not careful in our house and broke several items. They were not good about communicating with us either.
