Faerber's Bee Window Inc

It was fine. I don't have complaints at this point and I hope I don't have any. The price was reasonable. The quality of the work was very good.

It went beautifully, I was extremely pleased. They came out in the fall. They were very timely, very helpful, very knowledgeable and I just felt like I was in good hands. I would use them again.

The doors are great. We had some issues scheduling. They had to change the date when they were coming. But the work was fine. The communication was an issue. They kept cancelling and for some reason, I couldn't get an answer on the second go around and I had to keep calling. But the work was great. The guy when he got here was great.

It turned out great with them. They were very friendly, came in, did the work, cleaned up and left. They were very good. We did shop around for prices.

It went very well. They were professional, did just what they said and followed through-scheduling wise. They did it when they said they were going to do it. It was fine, I would use them again. The price was okay -it was appropriate for the services. They were very responsive. I don't remember that there were any problems with punctuality- they scheduled it and got it done according to the schedule. Each of the people that represented them -the person who came out and made the proposal and the installers were all very good.

This was Bob, and I want him to do another little job for me. He did a beautiful job on the siding. The price was about what I thought it would be. I did not think he would find siding any more like that, but he did. The quality of the work was very good. He was very professional and knew what he was doing.

They did the service in August of last year. Everything went great, we had no problems. They charged about $8000. We have used them before for windows. I would use them again.

The service went okay. The workers this last time were average. I have used them before in the past. I would use them again.

They did show up and were here. The bill was more than it should have been, but, whatever... The rest of the windows they can pull out and throw in the trash -- they are junk. This time around their responsiveness was probably a B, but previously to that it has been an F. I am going to have to continue using them in the future because they still have windows that leak. They are less than a year old.

Again the product was great but the service was horrible. They promised me that the service would be top notch, they would be with me through every part of the process. The last time I saw the sales person was when the papers were signed she never stopped by the house to see whether the things were going smoothly. She did not check back in at all. The service was very very poor. When I called the owners they did not seem to care about the service being bad they just wanted to know about the product. So I have been telling everybody I know in the neighborhood to not to use them. For me the important part of it is service. If I am not getting top notch service for close to $20000, I am not going to refer them to anybody. Horrible, horrible customer service.

Everybody was very pleasant. They were best people, they knew what they're doing, they did a very good job.

Be very careful if you are planning to do business with Bee Windows. Last year on 9/23/14 we signed a $9000.00 contract to install seven sliding and four custom windows with Bee. The job was delayed because a window was broken, and again because a custom mismeasured window did not fit. After I refused a request from an employee for final payment I received a call from a male co owner and I told him I would pay when the job was finished. I made final payment on 11/26/14, only to discover the night latches had not been installed. After making at least a dozen calls and a series of broken promises to come out and discuss the situation, a lady made a surprise visit to my house and identified herself as the co owner and said the latches couldn't be installed once the windows had left the factory and promised Bee would cut and paint customized flat sticks to vent the windows. While this 80 year old senior was well aware that this was a rotten deal, I didn't feel up to a fight and agreed to this fix. Well over a month has passed and I have heard nothing from Bee regarding the "flat custom sticks." These people (when I could get ahold of them) were unfailingly polite. Although it sometimes felt like pulling teeth to get it finished (with exceptions noted), the finished product was acceptable. However, I can't help feeling like we have been stung by the Bees. And to think, I had such high hopes when the queen walked in.

I would use them again in the future. They are actually intergrity fiberglass windows.

Everything went perfectly. Installers arrived within minutes of the scheduled time. Work was done very professionally. They removed all debris and cleaned up everything. We knew what to expect from this company because we had replacement windows installed by them in the past.

I was given a full refund and my order was cancelled, per my request. Charlie Hill worked professionally and promptly with me once we made contact.

The installation crew did a very good job removing the old windows and then installing the new windows we ordered. The installation crew was excellent! They were careful not to damage anything and they worked the entire time they were on site. In addition to installing the new windows we also had a metal wrap material installed that covered the original wood trim that we had on our old windows. This is the second time I have bought windows from Bee. I cannot imagine getting windows from any other window vendor. We love the new windows. Bee was responsive to any requests for information and they kept us in the loop while we waited for the install date.

We sent a message through Angies List to this provider around 4-6 weeks ago to set up a time for a quote on a sunroom and still have received no reply.

They did fine and it was Faerber's Bee Window. Someone called 2 or 3 weeks ago for Faerber's Bee Windows and I gave them an excellent rating because everything is still fine and it has been 2 or 3 years. The approximate cost was 11000 or 12000 dollars. They did what they said they were going to do. They came, they put the windows in and that was done and so far I don't have any problems. They seem to be good on the quality and I didn't have any problems with them and it has been 4 or 5 years and they are good. I never have called them since they put them in and I have had no reason. For the punctuality, they were good. They did what they said they were going to do. They were fine on the professionalism.

It was great. The windows were installed very proficiently and they looked great. The rates were fair and the work was well done. I got top quality windows. It was done within a specified amount of time. They did the work timely.

They installed windows years ago. They call me for additional work but I told them if somebody came out I would like them to look at my french doors that I had bought from them. They came out and said they could do nothing but they tried to sell me more in the window department. I was very disappointed in them.

It turned out fine for us. There was no problem. One window was in the winter and one in the fall. We got all new windows, and siding from them 10 years back, and this past year 2 windows went bad, and we didn't pay anything for them. They did the best they could, and the lady I spoke to was very nice.

They had quality products but they're just overpriced. They did a presentation and everything was good. It's just a window and how clear the protection all that work. The consultation was free.

The service turned out excellent. They did a wonderful job. They did it very quickly and proficiently. They told us to call them if we had any problems. I noticed some air leaking around one of the windows. I called them and they were there like the next day. They managed to fix that problem. They also found some air leaking around the other windows and fixed that as well. Their professionalism and quick response stood out to me. I would recommend them.

It was good. Nothing really stood out. They came in and did what they were supposed to do. They did a good job. My interaction with them was good. The windows were fine.
