+ -1 moreMatt was very nice and arrived when scheduled. He was very respectful while walking through our home, and spent a great deal of time looking at the outside as well. He took several pictures and asked questions to make sure that he was seeing everything that our property had to offer. He told me when he would have the report to our mortgage company, and it was delivered right on time. Our house appraised a little bit higher than we thought that it would, which was great. I would highly recommend them.
