Description of Work: Elite has done two prior roofs for me, I called for estimate after storms in Hendricks County to get honest opinion of what I needed. There were several storm chasing roofers that pulled up and gave estimate of 35,000 for roof, John's was 16,000 and I know it will be done correctly, cleaned up, hauled away and he will be in business next year. He did my first roof in 90-91. They are good at their job, and always polite. The only one I call.

Description of Work: Replaced shingles on house roof and put rubber roofing on back porch roof. John Lahr was Professonal and easy to work with. The men that did the work worked hard and did a great job. John called and told me that if they tore the old roof off the porch he would have to replace all the decking at a cost of 1200 dollars. He gave a 200 dollar deduct for not tearing off the old porch roof. Iwould happily reccomend Elite to anyone.

Description of Work: Removed shingles and installed step flashing, extended valley with ice and water shield, applied new shingles to match and sealed them. Sealed holes in the chimney, nailed off bottom pans of two skylights and sealed it.

Description of Work: CAULKED 21 HOLES IN ROOF LEFT BY MASON. RESEALED CHIMNEY FLASHING. I LATER CALLED TO HAVE THEM CHECK THE AREA THEY HAD PREVIOUSLY REPAIRED AND THEY TOLD ME THEY ONLY GUARANTEE THE WORK FOR A MONTH AND THEY CHARGE $175 TO COME OUT. I WON'T CALL THEM FOR REPAIRS BUT MAYBE FOR AN ENTIRE NEW ROOF.

Description of Work: ROOF HAD DETERIATED TO THE POINT OF LEAKING. JOHN CAME OUT AND MADE A THOROUGH EVALUATION AND RECOMMENDATION. WORK WAS DONE SATISFACTORILY BY FRIENDLY BUT EFFICIENT INSTALLERS. LEFT WITHOUT ANY SIGNS THAT THEY WERE THERE EXCEPT FOR THE NEW ROOF.
