Done Gutter Cleaning

Everything went great. I loved them. He called me and told me when he was arriving for the appointment and he was very professional. He had to come back a week later because the winds were too strong. He gave me a full report after he finished the project and he cleaned up well after himself. It was like he was never there.

Purchased a Big deal for Skybright Cleaning. They came and cleaned the gutters on my home. They were great, very professional. They explained everything they was going to do in detail.

They did a very good job and put everything back as it was. Windows looked great. They were very quite and made sure to to wake the kids from their nap.

This was a good Big Deal. They showed up when I needed them to and they did excellent work.

They gave me a professional estimate and scope of work. They were also timely.

I called after seeing positive reviews on Angie's list. It was a little hard to get a hold of the company. I had to leave a message, and then be called back, and played phone tag for a few days. They weren't able to come out right away, they scheduled me for about 2-3 weeks from my call date, but it was late Fall so I understand. I have a 6000 sq ft house with lots of gutters that were overflowing with leaves. They gave me a week during which they would come and said i would recieve an email the day before they were coming, but I did not recieve an email so I finally called on Thursday, and they said they would come Friday the following day. Due to inclement weather (it was almost freezing and raining) they rescheduled for the following week. They ended up coming out towards the end of the week though I can't remember the exact day. The overall job was great, I can see most of my gutters from various windows and they looked very cleaned out, no complaints. As far as promptness, I guess I don't hold too high of standards. The job was done and I didn't have an exact time frame I needed. They don't require you to be home to do the job so it was convenient for me and I was at work when it was done.

We played some phone tag with scheduling but once it got on the schedule Skybright Cleaning did a great job of cleaning the gutters of a twonhome that I own.

The two workers from Skybright Cleaning arrived on time, were very courteous, and began work immediately. They cleaned out my gutters on a two-story Victorian farmhouse and picked up all debris. They worked efficiently and completed the work in short amount time. Upon leaving , they offered discount coupons for other services which they provide (window washing). I will definitely use this company again.

They arrived on time and were very polite and professional. They removed all screens and cleaned all of my windows on the inside and outside of our two story house. They did a great job and were finished much more quickly than I could have imagined.

Excellent job and at a very good price

Company arrived on time with two workers to clean gutters on two story home. They worked quickly and removed the gutter junk into buckets so to not mess up anything too much. Some leaves were spilled at one time in the back of the house and the workers cleaned everything up before they left. They even removed some leaves on the patio against the house while cleaning up some spilled gutter junk. I was very impressed with the service and the fact that I didnt have to climb up two floors, clean out the gutters, and clean up after myself.

I got 2 emails from them saying that they would do our gutter cleaning for $99.00 with a follow up visit if needed, but I needed to sign a contract by the end of October. They said they would call me in the last week of October to say when they would come out. That week came and passed. Last week I called them. The person did not know what I was talking about at first. They had no record of a contract. I gave him the dates of our calls and the partner said he did remember me. They said they would still do it this week and they would call me to schedule it. This morning I got a call from them saying that they were supposed to clean the gutters, but that they had driven by the house and they ended up not having insurance for some of the parts of my house. I got a call back from them a few minutes later. He said he had misread the memo and said that it was not an insurance issue, but he had misread the price and he would have to charge more, $175.00. I have been waiting since early September for them. They failed to remember or schedule me. They lied and manipulated me.

Appointment was made by phone. Two men arrived on time and were very professional in how they treated me, how they were dressed, and the way they performed their service. I felt that I could trust them. Both were friendly but not overly talkative. The windows sparkled when they finished! Price was reasonable.

Their work was satisfactory. I would certainly use them again, if I were not moving out of state. They did what they said they would do and was satisfied.

He did a good job cleaning the gutters. He also saw a spot on my roof where water had been running in such a way that it was causing damage to the wood under my new roof. I really appreciated his attention to this! They reached out to me this year to offer me a special deal again.

It was the first time we had used them. They did a very good job. I would used them again.

From first response email and call to the day of the services and through to the prompt follow up - Taylon and Justin were very professional and courteous. The gutter cleaning was excellent, but in particular the window cleaning was extremely impressive - we have high windows and large windows (and a lot of windows) and I did not see a single streak, fingerprint, or smudge on ANY of the windows. The attention to detail was impressive, and a pleasure to communicate with during the work.

They cleaned our gutters & did a good job. They were very busy, so it was done late in the season, but that was fine. They kept in touch with me about scheduling.
