Done Gutter Cleaning

They broke 7 of the window stanchion bars off while removing them to clean the windows on this inside. They said nothing of this during the cleaning and we found the pieces propped up inside the window sills behind the blinds once they were gone. I actually just found another one last month that was hidden on top of a window sill.

They were really good window cleaners and they did more windows than the offer was for and they also treated my screens for a little bit extra.

It went great. They did a great job on the windows. It was a great price. My wife loves it.

It was fine. The service was done shortly after I purchased the deal. They honored the coupon. They came out, cleaned the gutters and didn't mess anything up. I got clean gutters. I can't say I crawled up there to check them all out but they spent time on it.

We had a number of restrictions for timing of the service. They were able to accommodate us and work around client visits.

They did a great job. Washed all our windows and sills inside and outside, and Fishers has hard water so they removed old water spots.

2 gentlemen from SKYBRIGHT arrived on time and went to work cleaning our "dirty" windows. They were very professional and did a great job. We live far out and they would have come out but needed to charge more then the big deal (understandably), so we thought we could find someone closer and cancelled out of this one.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It wasn’t perfect. They did clean for me but I had asked them to set me up for an annual cleaning program where they would just come out and ask me what month would be best and they didn’t come out the following year. The quality of work was good.

We bought this on special and we probably needed to read the fine print more. While they did a nice job on cleaning the windows, they did not clean the screens. It was disappointing not to have the entire window case done.

I was stunned to receive this information at the very last minute. I have waited about two months to have this service provided, only to find out when they arrive that it can't be done! The subject of storm windows never came up in any of our prior phone conversations or e-mails. They gave me a free estimate remotely (not sure what the process is that they use, but they don't actually come to the home but get an aerial image of the home). I had concerns that my windows may be more complicated than what they could see and urged them to come to my home to get a more precise idea of what they would be dealing with. Although the office person told me that he (or someone) would come out, it didn't happen to my knowledge. If they had come out they would have seen that I have storm windows and could have told me then that they would not be able to do the work after all. Even if they don't do storm windows I could have had them clean the windows under the storm windows or other than the storm windows. Meanwhile, I have re-checked their website and Angie's page and don't see any indication that they do not do storm windows. Now I have to start over again to engage another company and wait until the work can be done. This was a very unsatisfactory experience.

Our house was going on the market and we needed our windows cleaned immediately. Skybright agreed to come out on the 4th of July and do the job! I purchased the Basic Package of exterior window cleaning, which included 40 panes of glass and wipe down of the frame. I added on an additional 18 panes to my package. I saved money by removing my own screens. The Skybright website had a helpful tutorial on how they count the window panes. Marcus and Taylor arrived on time and did a great job! Next time I'll pay to have both exterior and interior panes cleaned!

They were great. They did a good job. We paid more than the big deal, because we had some additional things that needed to be done. It was good and they did a great job. They did both interior and exterior. They did exactly what they were committed in doing. There is a $20 mileage charge for driving where we are. It was a couple of weeks before they could get out here and do it. They did what we asked them too when they were here, so they were responsive. We had no problems with them and I would recommend them. They were courteous, friendly and cooperative.

They came promptly when I scheduled them. There was good communication and accommodation of schedule and flexibility. He and his staff were very courteous, very prompt and very professional. It just felt like it was a good deal. They were totally responsive and did a nice job. I would use them again, it's just one of those things, I don't think about getting all my windows cleaned all that often. I was pleased with the price, I think it was reasonable.

They did a great job, I had no complaints whatsoever. I would recommend them. They did contact me right away I remember within 24 to 48 hours and I think we set it up within a week or so, it was not very long at all. They were very prompt and placed the gutters and did a good job. I think they're standard rate is $135 maybe and I only paid $99, I'm pretty sure that's what I paid.
