Best thing about my experience was that they made it easy to get estimate, quick and easy to schedule, and quick and easy to receive my invoice. From requesting an estimate to paying the invoice, I was able to get my windows cleaned by only using my smartphone. As a busy working mom managing 2 households, this is almost invaluable to me. They seem well organized, tech savvy, and did their core cleaning jobs well. I also love the 60 day guarantee - although I have not had to use it - I gives me some peace of mind. They performed the first window cleaning service the day after I received my estimate. The windows looked great but when I raised the window - it was still dirty underneath, which I did not expect. I inquired about this and they kindly explained that these "tracks" weren't included in the premium package. I guess I misunderstood what a track was so I scheduled the gutter cleaning and they offered to clean the tracks while they were there cleaning the gutters, if I paid to upgrade my window cleaning package. I agreed - and I will buy the complete "Perfection" package going forward. I also appreciated that they agreed to remove a couple of broken gutter guards for no additional charge. Only thing negative was that I did notice that they forgot to put one of the window screens back in place.

We got a coupon in our mailbox for this company. Even though it was more windows than they specified, he still gave me a great deal. They did an excellent job and cleaned up after they were done, so that it all just looked perfect. They do the interior and exterior of the window, plus the frame and the sill. They also do chandeliers. Also, they have a 60-day rain guarantee, that they'll come back and re-clean it for free if you get rain spots in that time-frame. I would recommend them and I'll have them come back.

They kept an eye on our property to ensure that they timed the service to when the leaves had fallen, but before it got too cold out, as this was our first winter here, and we didn't know what to expect. They arrived when they said they would. We will use them again.

I can't really remember the exact amount we spent, but I know it was a special promotional rate for all the windows in our house cleaned, both inside and out.. So the rate was good, but that was about all. The service was very unprofessional. Two college-aged young men showed up on time. They promptly stated that they were going to be late for class so they had to hurry. One took the inside of the house and the other took the outside. The young man working on the inside began running throughout the house looking at the windows and removing the screens on the second story, so the outside guy could clean them. They were finished in about an hour, if that long. They then asked me to take a look. I looked at the downstairs windows when they were done and they looked clean. I honestly just wanted them to leave. After they left, I went upstairs to find that they had not replace the screens upstairs. On closer inspection, the windows were as clean as could be expected with a rushed job. I would not call them again.

The owner is Taylon Sandlin, and they did an excellent job. I have got lots of windows. I was very pleased with them.

It went very well. They called me about 10 minutes before they were to arrive to let me know they ran into traffice and would be about 10 minutes late. I really appreciated that......And they arrived exactly when they said they would. They did a beautiful job and made sure everything was left spotless. I will definately use them in the future.

Skybright window cleaning were easy to communicate with. I emailed them for an appointment and all of my emails were returned promptly. They came on time and worked until the job was complete.

They did a really good job. They were courteous and were professional. Their prices were reasonable and I would definitely use them again.

Our experience did not go well. Taylon was very responsive when responding to emails and providing a quote. The work was completed. Several drip marks from cleaning the inside of the windows were left on the trim of the windows as well as scuffs on the baseboards presumable from the buckets they used. These were pointed out and addressed at a subsequent visit. Additionally, 3 screens that were cleaned and put back into place have fallen out, one of which broke. Additionally, when they were cleaning the chandelier, the globe was broken. Over a period of approximately 3-4 weeks, they attempted to find a replacement globe but the one they found was inadequate (which they realized). They made an offer of $700 to settle the issue. I told Taylon that I thought this was low and that he did not take into account full replacement cost. He submitted the claim to insurance and all went silent. Several weeks later, I inquired about the status of the claim and was told via email that "Acuity used the pictures & model number, contacted the manufacturer, and has cut a check for you which arrived Monday. I will get it sent you this week. The total is $1107.00, which includes the replacement cost of the chandelier as well as installation. They were going to depreciate the chandelier, but did not. " His final sentence seems passive aggressive and unnessecary. The insurance company paid the replacement cost as I had indicated that I thought should be done. The check did not come. 8 days later I again emailed Taylon regarding the status of the check. The email communications went silent. Approximately 1 week later (15 days from the last emailed Taylon sent) a pleasant note and two checks, one from the insurance company and one from SkyBright for presumably his deductible arrive.

I used the special offer for gutter cleaning. I spent $99 on their services. The job went really well except for they were about a week too soon. I still had two trees where things were falling from and so the gutters got dirty again. I had to have my boys clean it up. They got the high stuff though and so that was good. I thought that they were very professional. They did good quality work. They used ladders and they didn’t scamp up my gutters. They were very safe and very prompt. They were very efficient as well. I will use their services again in the future.

They were excellent. I would recommend them to anyone.

Everything has gone great. They are very punctual and always willing to offer to fix something that I haven’t noticed. They are also talking about possibly coming and cleaning my garage.

EXCELLENT!!! I can't say enought good things about Skybright. They run a very customer service oriented company. We have used them several times (at least three) to clean our windows and gutters. They always do a great job. They are very responsive and flexible in working with your schedule. I sent an email late Sunday night to ask if they could clean our windows the coming week as we had a family gathering the next weekend. They cleaned our windows and gutters that Wednesday.

Skybright was great. We were able to schedule the service quickly and they did a great job with the window cleaning - both inside and out. We will certainly keep this company on our list for our spring cleaning next year.

The workmen arrrived on time, worked quickly and quietly, and left no mess. Quality of work was excellent.

Upon an on time arrival they informed me that some of the things they needed were in their bosses possession. So, they had to leave to get them. They returned around 20 minutes later. There were two guys, and they were both professional. They had a problem getting out a couple of screens to be cleaned, but they were able to clean them while still in the window. Overall, cleaning of the windows was excellent, but I feel that the window sills were not cleaned as well and I would have liked them to be. I only had one problem...the next morning I went out to my garage and one of the windows was not latched properly due to the screen not being reinserted properly. The window had fallen open and remained open overnight. When I tried to get the screen back in I actually tore the screen. Upon calling them to let them know, they set a time up for that afternoon and came over and repaired the screen on-site. I was thrilled with that! They completely restored my confidence by doing this and I would definitely use them again, if their pricing is still competitive with their competitors.

This was a very good experience. The gentlemen arrived promptly, were professional, and very efficient. They cleaned over 20 windows in a two story home within 1 1/2 hours. I will certainly use them again.

They were punctual and very fast. They cleaned all of the windows, inside and out, better than they have ever been cleaned before. The chandelier is also very clean. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs to have their windows cleaned.

They were great. They were quick on the job, efficient and pleasant. They confirmed by email the day before they came and called me when they got lost because of a detour. The workers were great; they were very pleasant. They broke one of my Roman shades, but they took it with them to try to get it repaired and bring it back, which was nice. I used the Big Deal offer from Angie’s List. I would recommend them to others. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.
