Description of Work: Refinished hardwood floors in our kitchen, dining room and entry. Matt, the owner, was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. The job was completed on time and the floors look like new. I highly recommend Custom Floors for refinishing hardwood floors and I will use them in the future.

Description of Work: I got estimates from three companies for premium vinyl flooring and engineered hardwood in our new home. Eventually I chose another source due to better price and some concerns from installation reviews on Angie's List. HOWEVER, I want to highly compliment Alison Wright, the sales person who was so helpful, pleasant and timely in her estimate and our correspondence. She was knowledgeable about the product, and came to our house herself to measure for the price quote. I felt she was very trustworthy. (I could not select the proper category because it defaulted to ceramic tile.)

Description of Work: I had been working with another flooring company and had a price for the tile I wanted, but did not feel that customer service was very important to them. I had worked with Tony Benages in the past and learned he was now working at Custom Floors. Tony came out within a day or tow of my call, measured and priced what I wanted, and their price was considerably less! I emphasized that I was a perfectionist was would be picky. The installer, Giovanni Gallardo was absolutely wonderful! I felt like he was painting a canvas as he installed my new bathroom and closet tiles! The experience was A+ from beginning to end!

COMPANY FINALLY SENT SOMEONE ELSE OUT AFTER 2 CALLS. GROUTING IS ALREADY CRUMBLING. JOB WAS STARTED ON NOV. 17 AND STILL GOING ON.

+ -1 moreCUSTOM FLOORS RETAIL STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS THEY HELPED US TO SELECT AND APPROPRIATE CARPET AND MEASURED AT OUR HOME. HOWEVER, THE INSTALLATION CREW WAS NOT AS CLEAN AND PROFESSIONAL AS I HAVE ENCOUNTERED BEFORE. ALTHOUGH THERE WERE NO MAJOR ISSUES, THERE WERE SEVERAL SMALL IRRITATIONS. THEY LEFT GREASY FINGERPRINTS ALL OVER OUR NEW WHITE DOORS. THEY ALSO GOUGED A CLOSET DOOR THROUGH MIS-INSTALLATION AND BROKE SEVERAL DOOR STOPS. NONE OF THIS WAS REPORTED TO US- WE JUST FOUND OUT AFTER THE FACT. OUR BATHROOMS WERE LEFT PRETTY MESSY AS WELL. WE ARE STILL WORKING WITH THE STORE TO POSSIBLY IMPROVE THE SEAM WORK THAT WAS DONE, THEY HAVE BEEN VERY RESPONSIVE TO OUR QUESTIONS.
Description of Work: RECARPETED SEVERAL ROOMS IN OUR HOME, INCLUDING A DEN, 3 BEDROOMS, STAIRS AND HALLWAY.
