The price we paid for their polyurethane coating on our basement floor was not worth it. The quality of the product used did not hold up to the expectations of what we were promised when we had our initial consultation with the owner. After allowing them multiple attempts on trying to remedy the issues, they were never resolved. We now will be spending even more money out of our pockets to have someone else come and attempt to fix the issues at hand.

+ -1 moreThe patio looked great when it first was installed but within the year the top coating started to flake off. The result was a patio that looked horrible. I contacted Marcus at Concrete by design many times over almost a 1 yr period. He either didn't respond or told me that he will "try" to put me on the schedule. In the end he told me "go find someone else". They do not stand behind their work. I hope the next victims do not run into any issues.

+ -1 moreI found Concrete By Design on the web. I called several companies and talked with them but after talking with Marcus I chose his company because of the preparation. I asked questions and he had all the right answers. I love the patio. The finished job is just like the advertisement "Bring it from Blah to Brilliant". If you want your patio looking good call Marcus.
Description of Work: Patio needed to be resurfaced. Had cracks and holes and he fixed them all.
