Jim told me that he would get back with me on Monday(two days later)to provide a quote on the work requested. He was very pleasant and professional, and seemed to be quite knowledgeable about his work. Regrettably, he did not call me back at any time, and in fact I placed three separate phone calls over the next two weeks asking him to call me back and discuss pricing for his services. He did not return any of my calls. I was impressed with his knowledge and willingness to come see the house immediately, especially on a Saturday. I don't understand why he could not have placed a simple phone call to let me know that he wasn't interested in the work, was out of town, had a family emergency, etc. It's been three weeks since he came to visit, and I think I've waited long enough for one of these circumstances to work itself out. It's regrettable that he chose not to provide me with any information what-so-ever.

He comes out right away and always works me into his schedule quickly. I have a great communicative relationship with him. He does pretty good work.

James is excellent. He was right on time and did the whole job in about an hour and a half. The job was excellent and very professional. James was very professional and friendly and willing to explain how everything was going to work as he performed his job. This was an outstanding job and I'll definitely utilize James as my handyman service.

I was very impressed with his work. He was very neat and prompt and cleaned up all the mess. His price included labor and supplies. He also returned phone calls himself instead of someone else. I would use him again.
