On time, Neat, Clean, professional in appearance and conversation. Very friendly, interested in doing a good job. Our carpet was way overdue for a deep clean and we thought we had to replace. Now we may get another year or 2 out of it. Highly recommend, will use again.

They cleaned the carpets in three rooms plus the carpets in two bathrooms and a hallway. They did a great job and were very courteous. I ended up paying more for additional areas and to have them clean spots out of the carpets.

I was somewhat disappointed with the deal because I had to pay extra money and spots showed a few weeks after the carpets were cleaned. They worked professionally, but it didn't turn out how I would have hoped.

Came out and was not able to do job. They were professional and on time and I would use them again in the future.

They were very friendly and professional. We happened to get locked out of our house moments before they showed up with no way to contact them. They showed up and were happy to reschedule for later in the day. Our carpets and upholstery mostly needed freshening up. There was a bit of an odor from furniture being in storage and a dog living in the house. The cleaning took all the remnants of odor away. I was very pleased.

The service was fine. We upgraded the service so there was an additional fee. They cleaned the carpets in the family room, dining room and hallway.

immediately pointed out areas that needed "deep cleaning" and that totaled 180$ xtra ad on fees.. and major dirt spot did not come out clean even with this " deep cleaning"...and cleaning/deodorizing solution used smelled bad and took 12-14 hours to dry and the smell lingered for days... not a good experience...total of $225 for 3 rooms

I purchased a big deal on a four room carpet cleaning. Because my house only has 3 carpeted rooms I wanted to use the last room to do a small area rug. Clean Pro LLC wanted to double the cost of the coupon to do this substitution (adding $59 to the $65 big deal). I feel this is a bait and switch and beyond unreasonable.

I purchased the Angie's List Big Deal for $49 for three rooms of carpet cleaning from Clean Pro LLC. The cleaning was scheduled for July 30, 2014. The carpet cleaner was on time. When he entered our home, he called his supervisor, talked to him for awhile, and then hung up and told me he could not clean my carpets for $49. He said they were "too soiled." He said if they didn't come clean, he didn't want a bad review on Angie's List. HOWEVER, he then said he would clean them for an additional cost. He wanted $200 to clean the three rooms. I refused his "up sell" and he said he would refund my money and then left. We then went to Meijer and rented a Bissell Big Green Machine and cleaned the carpets ourselves. The carpets came completely clean and look fantastic! I called Adrian Popescu of Clean Pro LLC on August 1, 2014 to ask for a refund of my $49 that I had purchased through Angie's List Big Deal. He said he would mail it right out to me and took down my name and address. Today, August 8, 2014, I again called Adrian Popescu and told him I have yet to receive my $49 refund. He said he would look into why I haven't received my reimbursement and call me right back. I'm still waiting . . . . DO NOT PURCHASE CLEAN PRO LLC THREE ROOMS OF CARPET CLEANING FOR $49!

Went well. Scheduled timely, arrived timely, representative was courteous and informative

Boris called before coming and arrived on time. I had purchased the special from Angie's list to clean 3 rooms for 49.00. He proceeded to explain since the carpet was buckling and heavy soiling that I should have the preconditioning and deep cleaning which would cost an additional $219.85. Boris stated since the rooms were so small he was only charging me for 2 rooms instead of 3. We talked about 3 areas that needed extra care and he assured me that all of the stains could be removed. The cleaning seemed to be done in a professional manner and he completed the job in a reasonable time. Boris told us we should stay off the carpet until it was dried and gave us 2 pairs of booties to wear if we had to walk on the carpet. We were unable to put any of the furniture back because he did not have the plastic booties for the chairs, stating that we had an awful lot of chairs (8 in the dining room and 2 in the sunroom) It appeared that he cleaned up after himself but after he left I found a large puddle of dirty liquid on the kitchen floor. I have had carpets cleaned before and expected them to be dry in 4-6 hours - it took over 24 hours for them to dry, which caused a great deal of problems in a small house. We closed up the house and turned on the air-conditioner during this time, even though the day was not hot. We finally spread some plastic drop clothes over part of the carpet to give us a walk area. After the carpet dried it was harsh to the touch. After a week and a half I used my carpet cleaner and rinsed the rug with clear water to soften the feel. Also one of the areas the stain did not come out as promised. I will not use this company again.

The cleaner gave me a heads up that the high traffic areas would not come clean with the standard cleaning I purchased. Which normally I would have spent more money to get them cleaner but since I was selling the condo I just for all purposes needed the carpets cleaned. Not too much to say about how well b/c I didn't go back to inspect at a high rate like I would have if I still lived there.

Showed up when he said thathe would, offered additional services to eliminate pet stains and odor. The price was fair based on the outcome. Couch looks new again...

He arrived on time and just as a rainstorm was finishing. After looking over the couch and chair, he finished the cleaning process and they dried within hours. They look great, considering the couch is 16 years old and the chair 6, and neither had been professionally cleaned before. Lots of years left in both.

They were prompt and on time. They did a pre-treatment, which added costs. They cleaned the carpet and did a good job. There was a stain I pointed out but they did not get it out, so I had to do it myself. However, it was a good value. They did what they said they would do.

The work that they did was a great job, but I didn’t like the presentation of their pricing. Had I not already purchased the Big Deal and gotten my floor ready by removing the furniture, I would not have had them do the work. I also thought that they were somewhat abrupt with their customer service when they were going over the pricing. Some of the things they were charging me more for like corners and extra dirty areas were not things that were not mentioned anywhere in their advertising. We didn't have any issues with their customer service while they were working.

It was okay. We had no problems. They were amicable and helped us move things out of the way. The rugs look nice and clean. They delivered what they were supposed to do in a timely manner. There were also no issues scheduling with them.

Provider was timely and thorough. I would use them again.

The men came exactly at 9:00 am we walked through the rooms to be cleaned noting trouble areas. Price were explained up front.

Cleaning went well and was done in short amount of time. Added on the stairway and a couple of items of furniture on top of the original deal.

That turned out fine. They cleaned 3 rooms for me and a set stairs. Two carpet cleaners came out about 2 hours. They were efficient and a pleasure to work with.

There are many carpet cleaning service provider options. I strongly suggest you do NOT choose Clean Pro, LLC. This is what happened: I was lured into using Clean Pro, LLC by their Groupon. I planned on having them clean the carpet in my whole house, so I knew the work was going to cost more than what was covered by the Groupon. I called Adrian before buying the Groupon to establish expected costs. I was told that furniture moving (inclusive of everything up to the size of a sofa) was complimentary. I was told stairs would cost $2 each to clean. I purchased the Groupon and prepared for their arrival to my house. I cleaned up and moved light furniture off of the carpet as a courtesy. When the Clean Pro, LLC guys arrived, I was told it would be $50 to move the sofas so that they could clean under them. The options for the stairs included a $3/step clean (which was a little more than a vacuum), a $4/step clean (which was a standard clean), and a $5/step clean (which was a deep clean). I felt like I was cornered into the $4/step option. After the cleaning, everything looked pretty good. Three days later, after thoroughly allowing the carpet to dry, I started putting furniture back in place. I was re-positioning some potted plants when I noticed some bright yellow stains under them. I called Adrian about this and he said that some objects can stain the carpets if they are placed back on top of the carpet while the carpet is still wet. So the Clean Pro, LLC guys put the potted plants right back on top of the carpet after cleaning it, creating nasty stains. I asked Adrian to fix the problem, as his crew was at fault. He accused me of being at fault. I know for a fact that it was his guys that placed the potted plants onto the carpet when it was still wet, creating the stains. Unfortunately, I didn't have any Nanny Cams rolling to capture it. At one point, Adrian didn't even believe that I was actually charged $50 for the furniture moving service, despite it being written on my invoice. He actually made me scan my paper copy of the invoice and email it to him as proof! He acted like he didn't have a record of my invoice! At any rate, he agreed to send a guy out at no cost to try to get the stains out. The guy failed to make any progress. The stains appeared to be permanent. I called Adrian several more times, asking for his help to resolve the problem. I asked for a refund, but instead, he reluctantly agreed to send a guy out one more time. The guy failed again to make any progress. The stains were, in fact, permanent. I pleaded further for a refund, but Adrian refused. In closing, I started with slightly dingy carpets before Clean Pro, LLC, and ended up with permanently stained carpets. I paid $250 to get permanent stains in three rooms of my house. It is now going to cost me an additional $2500 to replace the carpet and fix the problem created by Clean Pro, LLC.

I think Clean Pro was fine. I didn't really work with them probably my husband would be the one to talk to about that. The work turned out fine.

They were excellent. The carpet fellow did an excellent job and used a sort of chem-dry solution.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. We did not pay anything over the $99. I was satisfied with them, the price was right, they were nice guys, they got the job done, and we did not have any problems.
