Description of Work: I just wanted the bedrooms cleaned prior to a family gathering. I felt the 49.00 was a reasonable deal. Upon examination of the rooms, he said one was too dirty for regular cleaning and needed "deep cleaning". I told him to do the Best he could since I was going to be removing the carpet in the next few months. He then had me sign an agreement for 100.00. Upon finishing the work, I gave him a check for 51.00 (I had already paid Angie's List the 49.00 for the deal). He said that was not correct. I owed him one hundred dollars on top of the Angie's deal. I would never have had him do the work if I knew he meant the total was 150.00. I can get a better price than that from many companies.

Description of Work: I had a Deal for carpet cleaning and I purchased extra stain protection. I was immediately rather put off because he did not have shoe covers. Virtually all service people either cover their shoes or remove them. I have a no shoe rule in my house so I was really aware of this. He worked diligently on the carpets and did the areas I requested. However, after they FINALLY dried, the carpet didn't look clean or smell clean. It was as if he just used water on it. He pushed and pulled so hard in one room the marks are still noticable. I don't know why, that was a seldom used guest room. Besides, my house is only two years old. Overall, no, the Company did not meet my expectations. I have had carpets cleaned many times and this is the first time I could not tell a difference afterwards.

Description of Work: Standard steam carpet cleaning and deep cleaning. I was originally quoted a price of $119.00. I explained to the telephone representative my daughter and her 3 dogs lived here and the carpets were very dirty. He still quoted me the $119.00 price. When the carpet cleaner came, he examined the rooms to be cleaned and stated that in order to remove the stains and dirt it would cost $339.00. This price included two types of cleaning, standard steam cleaning and deep cleaning. I agreed to the additional price and was very glad I did. The stains and dirt are removed from most areas and they have not come back. I was disappointed with the price at first but realize this was not ordinary job. It took several additional hours for the carpet to dry but this was to be expected. I would definately recommend this company again. If you want difficult stains removed instead of replacing the carpet contact this company. Just realize it may take more than just one cleaning to get the results you are looking for. I am still a little disappointed with the final cost but realize replacing carpet it much more expensive.

Description of Work: .1. The company changed the arrival time and did not arrive at the new set time. We had an event to attend and had to leave the house while they were still here. 2. The Carpet cleaning appeared to be fairly well done. They did leave a big spot on the carpet, I take for granted they could not get that cleaned up. I did move the reclainer over the spot. 3. Description of Work: I bought a "deal" to clean three rooms of carpet for $69, regular price was listed as around $150. When they pulled up, their truck said, "Deal: 3 rooms for $69!" It took them a week to call me back. I finally set up an appointment for 10:00 am. They said they would call me when they were on their way. When no one was here at 10:30, I called, they said they were behind because of the weather, but no one called me (it was 40 degrees and very sunny). I rescheduled for 2:00 pm that same day. When no one was here at 2:20 pm and no one had called, I called again. He said his technician would call me in 5 minutes. 20 minutes later, he called and said he would be there between 3:00 - 4:00 pm, he again said they were running late because it was cold that morning. I told him I had to leave at 4:00, which is why I scheduled my appointment for 2:00 pm. He said he would be there at 3:00 pm. He showed up at 3:15 and did an ok job on the carpet, they didn't move any furniture as they said they would, but they did get the stains. He said it would take about 6 hours to dry, but 24 hours later, it was still damp.

Description of Work: I had three rooms shampooed. The family room had a deep conditioner. The other rooms dried quickly, but the family room took 4 days to completely dry because it was so wet. Two guys came. The main one who did the talking was a little hard to understand because of his accent. Overall, I was pleased.

Description of Work: The men came and sprayed the carpets and went over them. I had moved my furniture, which I'm glad because they did not move any furniture.

Description of Work: I had three rooms of carpet and a hallway cleaned. The job was done well. I was charged extra as my hallway had a bend in it. Also, if you use this firm you might want to move whatever furniture you can as they do not move anything but a couple of chairs. Other firms have moved almost all of my furniture in these same rooms but they charged more.

Description of Work: The thing that concerned me is that as soon as Mike arrived he began to up sell me. The ad that I answered was 3 rooms and a hall way for 69.99. I told him that I need one room (the den) cleaned, one half on my sun room and to areas in my living room and bedroom, when added together were smaller than one room. He first told me some of the stains were going to need a "deep cleaning" which would be an additional $40. I agreed and he told me that would be an additional $120, I asked why 120 and he said $40 per room. I reluctantly agreed. When he was finished I asked how long it would take to dry, he said 10 hours. That ten hours was more like 48 hours so I walked around with wet socks for two days. I probably would not use him again.
